There's a long precedent in folklore and myth of beautiful young people - both men and women - being kidnapped by monsters: dragons, beasts, goblins, demons, elves, vampires, wolves, or even evil humans. In the end, however, these prisoners are almost always rescued and brought back to civilization to live a normal and happy life.

But what if they didn't want to leave their jailor?

They've seen behind the surface and have begun to sympathize with this "monster;" no, more than that, they've fallen for them. Will this story have a happy ending? Will the monster believe that anyone could love them? Most importantly, though, can the two of them be left alone without any attempts at a "rescue?"

Thread anything that could remotely fit under the umbrella theme. Was the kidnapping just that, or did both parties know (and care) for each other before, making it a collaborative, mutual effort? Perhaps you'd prefer to play the actual Beauty and The Beast-style getting to know each other or seeing behind the grizzly facade. What about an attempted "rescue?" Or maybe you could thread out a scene where the prisoner runs away from the society they were forced back into and returns to their beloved beast! It's all up to you. You could even do smut if you wanted to, but this isn't a smut meme.

[ I love assumed CR, crossovers (♥ ♥ ♥), convoluted scenarios, combustive attraction, bickering, first time, arranged marriage AUs, culture differences, ingenue/gruff, worldly man, inhuman characters, Beauty and the Beast dynamics because duh, fairy tale/fantasy settings, magic, passionate reunions, redoing first times that didn't go so well. sneaky trysts, risk of discovery, emotions spilling out in private, and much, much more.

Ridiculously into Tolkienverse (dwarves yes pls), ASOIAF/GOT, HP (my kingdom for a Newt Scamander or Lupin), and MCU right now and equally into AUing Belle to fit in any of them, but check out my slightly embarrassing dream list of shit I'd like to play. ]

[Care to have Akira here from Persona 5? Though if you haven't played the game/up to a certain point, just let me know so I will avoid spoilers! Also I have a giant soft spot for titan Eren?? Or both of these two could be monsters (I am totally fine with making Akira a vampire or something. Who says that a maiden fair can't be another monster?)

((This maiden probably played along with her captor. Or she's a little beast that takes protecting her "captive" very seriously. The dark imp defending the prince/princess until somebody worthy comes, if she isn't in love with them herself.))

[Well, I was thinking of a rescue like scenario. My character isn't the type to kidnap anyone due to trauma of nearly becoming a slave, but she is a captive of society given she's a dark knight so she doesn't really interact with society. She's actually just really lonely but is hidden under a lot of anger so maybe, WoL being the good hero, tries to bring her back into society kind of thing.]

[Shoshosu found the girl while performing the same action...freeing people. Namely children that had be captured by men of ill intention. Not that she's entirely sure Khloe remembers it. Sho had decided to be as flashy and overkill as possible in the action. Draped in bright yellow and righteous fury, making sure that those slavers understood who was coming to free the children.

A Warrior of Light, not a plain, sleepy eyed Lalafell that had been following Khloe and trying to touch her fuzzy tail. Unless the dark knight had been paying attention to catch Shoshosu's purple butterfly tattoo on her face, she's fairly certain she's not going to make the connection.

Normally, she would let a warrior be but...]

[Freeing people is a word for it. Sure, she had the intention to help the innocent who were captured, but lets be honest. She was there mostly to punish the slavers. To hurt and maim them, to spill their blood and send a message. They and their kind won't escape her. Not in this life, and not in the next. That's a vengeance. That's a dark knight. That's Khloe Zhwan.

She expected the usual routine. She shows up, introduces herself, they call her a Miqo'te bitch, weapons get drawn, heads roll, and people leave with stories of her and about how....unnatural she and her ilk are. So business as usual.

She didn't expect the Lalafel monk though. Yeah, she's heard of them. Remnants of the Fist of Rhalgr or some such. Honestly she couldn't have given a rats arse about her. 'Some 'venturer lookin' to earn a few gil.' she thought. That is until she got a good look at her. A Lalafel monk with a butterfly tattoo on her face. Well, slap her thrice and hand her to Captain Jacke, it's the Warrior of Light herself. How......annoying.

'Wrap things up 'ere Zhwan, 'n move along. Quick like.' was the plan. She thought she'd done well. Until the tail pulling. More than Shoshosu finding her and invading her space, she hates the tail pulling.]

What in the seven 'ells-?!

[He turns, furious, as she yanks her tail away.]

Oh godsdammit--what are you doin' 'ere???

[There's no denying it, when faced with it. Especially when frightened adults and children alike are more prone to running to the side of somebody with Shoshosu's reputation.

Larger than life, but packed into a sweet harmless shell...but don't all Lalafell come across as such unless they are armed to the teeth and screaming fury.

And Shoshosu has the nerve to pretend that she is one of those harmless lot, smiling sweetly to Khloe.]

You look so frustrated, grumbling, giving off that aura of "feck off!" Shoshosu had to check on you~!

[ooc: I am completly canonblind (but nothing that could be changed). I really like the idea of the two of them being monsters. I always liked vampires. I am more than happy to get a change to write Titan!Eren (still my favourite Eren, tbh)]

[titan!Eren is best Eren (although his human self is also wonderful.) Would you be playing as his usual shifter self, or is there a specific way you'd prefer to play things out between these two? Also, would you prefer we write things out as a first meeting, or deeper into their relationship?]

[OOC- She's seen more humans act like monsters than non-humans, so it's not that far of a stretch to say she'll side with someone that the rest of the world might label as a "monster." Or if we wanted to play it a different way, her being a witch might make her appear monstrous to some, unless someone takes the time to get to know her.]
