For me, it depends on the character, but when it comes to Joel, he's usually that one normal dude just trying to handle things. I'm that person that likes playing the average Joe, but I can easy spice things up, if that doesn't sound particularly interesting.

Skylar: She is a restless, sticky-fingered, snarky young woman surviving in post-apocalyptic America. Our characters could end up in trouble and need to rely on each other to escape. Or maybe they are fighting over resources. I'm also open to AU'ing her into other canons.
Liliana: A witch on the run after finally gaining her freedom in a country much like ancient Ireland. Your character could offer her shelter, or she could use her magic to heal and/or save your character. She is quiet and doesn't trust easily, but once she feels comfortable, Lily is a sweetheart.

Verse Ideas:
I'm willing to write Garma at any point in canon (Origin or 0079!) and would also really like to write him in the Garma of Space Island verse. My interest generally lies with threads that focus on interpersonal relationships and character development.
For family members, I'm particularly interested in his need for approval from his sister and Dozle's protectiveness over him, as well as his relationship with his father. Imho Garma's feelings for Char are pretty heavily implied in canon, so I'm down for writing ship-oriented things - I'm particularly interested in stuff during their time at the academy, things that address Char's weird cognitive dissonance where the two of them are concerned, etc, as well as canon-divergent AUs.

Seeking: Both canon and cross-canon CR! I'm interested in playing off nearly everyone in canon (less interested in Shane, Andrea, or Negan), and I'm always happy to try throwing her at somebody new from outside TWD.
Verse Ideas: I'm primarily interested in Beth at the end of her storyline rather than the beginning of it, so these are pretty much all AU ideas:
✔ Beth-lives AUs are my favourite--I love exploring the long-term ramifications of the hospital arc and fitting her into life in Alexandria and beyond.
✔ AUs where Beth still gets shot but ends up dragged into a different universe are also high on the list for me. I especially like putting her into the DCU and/or Marvel's Earth-616 (specifically the X-Men-related corners), since comic-book logic makes it easy to justify something that silly, and I like throwing in superpowers on the way.
✔ AUing her into other canons, especially if we can do some canon fusion there--most post-apocalyptic canons work well for this, ime.
✔ Just about anything lowkey spooky involving coming back to life a little screwed up--I'd rather not get into straight-up walker territory, since that doesn't leave a lot of thinking to write out on my end, but shit like clawing her way out of whatever grave they buried her in, terrible scars, suddenly waking up out in the woods someplace with feathers growing out of her skin, memory problems, anything that might be a little strange or skewed.
✔ Spooky-scary and/or Ghost and Mrs. Muir-esque "well, she's a ghost now, and you're kind of stuck with her" stuff--I'd love to have her haunt somebody.
✔ Afterlife-set threads with other dead motherfuckers.
✔ Beth/Daryl is my ship of ships, and if you're up for playing it, I'm up for playing with you. I'm also interested in cross-canon stuff, Beth/Noah, and Beth/Sasha. And I love everyone's canonical friendships and...familyships? So all those are extremely relevant to my interests if they're relevant to yours.
✔ If you have an idea for something set in late season 4 rather than season 5 and beyond, I'm interested in that, too--for the most part, I'd like to play things after the prison's fall, however.
And, most importantly, any ideas you might have for your character. Let's explore interesting stuff together. ♥

Verse Ideas: So I have this idea of playing a long term psl between Jim and Carol and their relationship in the rebooted universe. In the original series they end up having a son and Jim never really gets to know him. I'm thinking the relationship can still go sour, but they still end up in each others lives over the years until they a son and decide to parent together. Either by Carol joining the ship again or Jim taking time between missions. We can work out the details later.
Other: We definitely won't be following TOS so you don't need to have watched it. I do want this to be long term, slow burn (at first) and really relaxed. No need to feel rushed with tags etc.
