[Walls were a good comfort for Tamaki they didn't move and they were a great way to keep him grounded where he was at the moment. So he finds them a comfort to say the least...except this time it's proving as more of a way of hiding something too. He was only half out of his hero suit when he notices something he really didn't think would happen now, in a locker room.

The shame of what his body is doing caused him to immediately lean his head against the wall.

( okay so you know what happens when you're a couple of teenagers innocently studying — except the position of that innocent studying happens to be with a really cute girl in your lap that you're pretty sure you've been inherently crushing on since you met her aaaand there are such things as hormones to take into consideration? what happens is someone ends up kissing someone else ( he's pretty sure nat had been the one to initiate, but his head is so pleasantly fuzzy now that he can't remember exactly-for-sure and it's kind of a moot point by now, anyway ) and what happens after that is studying is completely forgotten in favor of kisses that become increasingly experimental.

and. kanji has always been convinced he likes kissing; it feels nice, and it's a little hard to mess up as long as you don't accidentally bite someone's lip or tongue or slobber all over them, and he has to stop and think about how much he likes how she fits against him, settled in his lap like she belongs there. his arms wrap around her easily and it's even easier to pull her closer, to cradle her face in one hand while the other settles somewhere around the small of her back, and he doesn't think much about the way she nestles herself so firmly against him un … til. uh.

look. it's not at all like he wasn't interested before. quite the opposite, in fact but the problem with being a dude and subsequently having dude parts means not being able to keep certain things a secret for very long once they decide to. make themselves known. ( no, we are not making a rise to the occasion joke this early, do you even know me at all!? ) and he ends up squirming a little bit beneath to try to make it less obvious, but who the hell knows if that's going to do any good at all, because it's not exactly like any part of him is inherently small.

it's a normal sort of thing, isn't it? tamaki in his bed, pressed close to his side while he teeters his laptop on his knees in a way they can both look at the screen comfortably. it was normal. they were watching an action comedy flick, just two best friends enjoying an evening together.

mirio never really thought about it before, because there were always a million other things on his mind. like his internship with sir, honing his quirk and trying to get a passing grade on written exams. and now he was thinking about it too much, to the point where he can't even concentrate on his favorite movie.

instead mirio was concentrating on the profile of his very best friend. the delicate features, the color of his eyes, the... swell of his lips to the slope of his neck.
