He's never really talked about it. It's a strange thing for a soulmate tattoo to say, because someone who's just meeting him for the first time wouldn't know his name - and even if they did, they probably wouldn't call him by a nickname. Oda's never been able to make heads or tails of it.

Oda's never asked Dazai about his soulmate tattoo, which he's never seen. It's a personal thing, not something he wants to pry about. It could say anything.

So when Dazai is first summoned to the library, the words out of Oda's mouth aren't influenced by anything that might or might not be written on someone else.]
