2. Finding the airport is the only way out of this meme.
3. We don't care if you end up in the middle of Russia, you must FIND THE AIRPORT.

[This road is so long. They've been walking down it for easily twenty minutes, and that's twenty long minutes in which Shrieky has allowed himself to stew in a growing pool of directionless indignation at their plight. Even in the best of times, walking is pretty much the most terrible thing in the entire world, and this is not the best of times.

Finally, he can stew no longer:]

We should stop! We should just give up and get jobs and live here forever!

Why do you assume we can find out by walking? I have it on good authority that there is so much space on the earth that we could literally walk until we died without finding what we are looking for!

[ It seemed that they were in some kind of city, despite not being able to read any of the signs. And it's not like they can just take one of the many scooters that lined the sidewalk, so there's not much the two of them can do. ]
