The character responding is there and the only one who can release them—but they also have the opportunity to do whatever they want with the character unable to unbind themselves...

Fuck he's not even sure what he's supposed to do or how much is allowed. Fox is tied to a chair, after having been 'captured' on a mock field mission, and Adam's supposed to make him talk about his employer... or whatever. Aside from training, this also serves as a demonstration. Of what, he wonders, but Adam's already too fed up with this to even ask. He knows what it's like to be on the receiving end and he doesn't particularly get a kick out of seeing or making people suffer for extended periods of time.

Still, Sephiroth is not entirely certain that he can keep the amused smile from tugging at the corner of his lips as he approaches -- surely the Captain will forgive him that much!]
