Clint gave Tony’s handiwork a wary eye but he said nothing, especially when the billionaire volunteered to go first. If it didn’t work and he ended up a splat on the pavement then Clint would just have to find another way out.

Even as he said the words the corner of his lips curved upwards slightly. Maybe he didn’t say it, and maybe they didn’t always get along, but he did count Tony among his friends and that was saying something. He might just care more than a little if the makeshift harness didn’t work, and not just because of the inconvenience.
