Life after Hogwarts had not been easy. Draco had made a deliberate choice both not to step away from his parents socially-speaking but to make it known that their views were not his own. To that end, when he'd moved out of the house to pursue his own life - until that life eventually brought him back as lord of the manor, to so speak - he'd moved into a suite directly in the middle of Muggle London.
His father flat-out refused to come see him, his mother only saw him in private and came through the floo network, and everyone else seemed to be waiting for the other shoe to drop. There were some people who'd come through the war mostly intact who saw life the way he did, but anyone who hadn't had the type of parents he'd had seemed to be waiting to see when he'd turn into a Death Eater and start killing people.
It made for lonely nights.
He wasn't sure how he'd made into into the...what did he call it? Hotel? Brothel? Maybe not the second since there he didn't see anything for sale. Club, maybe. Of a distinctly sexual nature. His first instinct was to leave. If he was found here, rumors would turn into black gossip, the kind of thing that would become dangerous. But after a few quietly opened doors, that urge turned into something wilder.
And then he came across a room unlike the others. Instead of a larger room with beds or toys or other instruments, he came across one that led into a small vestibule with a table that had a number of blindfolds on it and another door on the opposite side. The door seemed to be locked until he put on a blindfold and he heard a loud click. He tried the door again. Open. This. This was the room for him. He made his way carefully into the next room and started to undress.

[Hearing the click of the door locking behind her sent a jolt of fear through her. The woman looked back and tried at the door but it was definitely firmly locked no matter how she tugged and pulled. Looking in front of her to see what lay in the room, it was decorated with dark black wood and granite as well as white marble and satin. The room was heavily furnished, the theme seemed to be chess as there was a space made for a single table and two chairs with a light illuminating it from above. Uneasily, the woman started walking around, making herself acquainted with the room in hopes of figuring out just why she was locked in here. There also seemed to be a disturbing amount of mirrors, more so that she liked. She paused in front of a particularly large one and froze when she realized the reflection was not her own.]

[All was well at first, as the reflection may not have belonged to her, but it followed her moves perfectly. Abruptly it stopped, and came up to the mirror, pushing on it, looking confused about the operation of it until he passed through it like open air.
There was a faint pause before the male turned and pressed back against the mirror, finding it solid. Turning again, he stared at Robin. While he might not be her; his clothing matched hers, even down to her hair color and eyes. He advanced on her, wearing a lazy smile on his face now.]

Having the door close behind her as well as locking...Well it wasn't hard to tell she had a problem with it.
Call as she might for her butler, there was no answer. While panic may not have set in before, it did now. She did her best to keep calm. Taking a deep breath, she let it out slowly before taking in the room in front of her. Looking around, it seemed like a parlor the Undertaker would favor. The room had high ceilings with mirrors and a large chandelier hanging above was already lit. Black and white were the only colors present as well as the reflective surfaces of mirrors that kept the ever repeating pattern going. Wandering around the room she noticed chess seemed to be the underlying theme. There were small statues of chess pieces and the floor itself like a board with the repeating alternating pattern. There were empty bird cages hanging around as well as a large one in the middle of the room right underneath the chandelier with chess pieces on a glass table. Upon further inspection the countess noticed there were squares etched into the surface making the table a chess board. There seemed to be enough room for two inside but she noted she wouldn't be caught dead in such a place. There was also a fainting couch and a large bed and a wall lined with books, the covers strangely enough matching the motif. Wandering over to the bed she noticed there were white petals spread along the top sheet as well as the light scent of rose started drifting through the air. She couldn't help but wonder why she was trapped in someone's seemingly odd bedroom.]
