Come To My Window shipping meme You know the drill from every nineties movie/tv show known to man, because apparently there were no doors in the nineties: you, oh poor you, are stuck up in your room, and then, a rock is thrown at your window! Why, who would do such a thing? No, it's not some kind of burglar coming in to steal all your...private room things, it's your childhood friend from next door (who totally has a crush on you/you're nursing a crush on), your free-spirited boyfriend or girlfriend, or another rebellious love interest who has a long, long ladder and no need for conventional entrances. Why are they here? To finally confess their secret feelings for you? Give you your first kiss? Sneak you away because your parents don't approve? Maybe they have a crappy home life and just need somewhere to stay. Whatever the case may be, open those window panes and get ready for sneaking in, sneaking out, and possibly making out. Inspired by all those teen movies where love interests climb in through windows. Play it as straight or as ridiculous as you want. Age your character down. I don't care, I'm not the boss. Comment with your character and prefs. Also, are they the one climbing in the window or up in the room? Reply to others. Be cool. Oh, kiss me beneath the milky twilight, lead me out on the moonlit floor, lift your open hand, strike up the band and make the fireflies dance, silver moon's sparkling, so kiss me.

[He's from comics-land, so he's in the weird gray late 20's to late 30's land that most of them live in. But either way, he is always glad to see a friend, too.]

The knock was slightly louder than one would normally get from a door, which was explained by two things, this sunny afternoon. First, that it was made on the hard stone of the wall outside Carol's main room window. Second, that it was made by a man with carefully harnessed super-strength.

Peter had been out swinging around, and spotted the light on in her window and decided to stop by to say hello. One hand held a extra-large pizza box, the lid taped shut, the other hand had been used to knock, and his feet were planted firmly on the wall next to her window

[Ah yes, the classic late 20s to late 30s. For simplicity's sake, I usually play Carol early 30s. So we'll see what happens.]

Despite how many of her friends could feasibly knock and come through a window, Carol still isn't expecting to hear one in any location except the door. And don't people usually text that they're coming over first?

But it'd be poor manners not to go see who it is. So she heads to the window, opens it, and pokes her head out. "Well, hey," she says, eyeing her friend and the pizza in his hand. "Only one pizza?" Apparently she'll have to limit herself.

He waved a hand as he smiled. "Hey. The others are coming by delivery, but this one was hot off the presses, so I went and nabbed it while making an order, before coming up. Got time for some chow and hanging out, or do I need to go catch a pizza guy before he tries to deliver six pizzas to your door?"

He grinned as he stood there, his mark up far enough she could see his face, but hidden form all other views.

Carol laughed before grabbing the pizza from him. "Well, since you ordered enough pizza, yeah, come on in." Truth was she wasn't doing anything more than chilling out in front of her TV. Supervillains had seemed to take the day off and her daily workout was over hours ago.

She stepped back from the window and made a beeline for her living room. Carol trusted that Peter would close the window behind him.
