easiest way to finangle the crossover would to be to set the ww movie during wwII instead of the first world war. from there, steve trevor's role would be smooshed into steve/bucky's canon roles. i'm flexible, though.

i'm interested in playing diana. fluffy (well, "fluffy") shipping, smut, slow burn, never-quite-can-be with so much left unsaid - i'm game for whatever you're into.

It's the sound of the fight that has Matt vaulting from rooftop to rooftop, tracking the sounds of fists on flesh, a harsh and discordant clash of metal that he can't exactly place.

Summer in Hell's Kitchen. One thing he can say, it's never what you'd call boring.

A cluster of thugs crowded around a woman who is more than holding her own. Interesting. She's clearly a highly trained fighter as another goes flying into a solid brick wall. Three cracked ribs and a cracked pelvis if Matt's ears aren't deceiving him.

Far be it for him to interfere with the lady's fun.

Okay, so he's going to, but only at the end, vaulting from the roof and pushing off the wall to land solidly on the last foe.

"You're new, aren't you?"

There aren't many things that snag her interest these days, but ever since Doomsday, Diana found herself coming back to the game -- little by little, starting with a war criminal turned business magnate that's slipped from her grasp and set up shop in Hell's Kitchen. She'd tracked him from Paris, aware that he's funding a homegrown terror cell that specialises in subway systems, and he'd realized that she was onto him.

Hence the assassins that had been sent after her, dispatched efficiently until he comes along. The Devil of Hell's Kitchen, she knows; a vigilante that's been operational within these confines for the past couple of years or so. She's been following his career, what with the high profile capture of Wilson Fisk. He reminds her of Batman, and far be it for her to encroach on his territory.

Vigilantes, she finds, can be notoriously territorial, and Diana's on a mission to stop this man, not create conflict. She slings the shield over her back and sheathes her sword, aware that her getup isn't in the least secret. "Only visiting." She clarifies. "Someone new is in the neighborhood. I've tracked him from Paris."

His head tips, senses registering some fairly unique weapons. Sword. Shield. A subtle and soft creak of leather. Rope. But not rope. It was odd. But then she mentions she's tracking someone from Paris and it can only be one man.

"Rousseau. You're here for him too." His sticks collapse back and are tucked into his belt. "He's planning something. Something big."

And while Matt may be on his own in his civilian life, a little backup in the field might be nice. Sure he can be territorial, but he has been known to play a little better with others than some.
