THE POCKY GAME MEME

It's that time again!! For supernatural reasons that mere mortals could not comprehend, you and someone else are compelled to play this strange game of chicken, where there can only be one victor. You can be trapped, or just doing it as a friendly yet weird gesture! So don't be shy, this might even be the day you get your first kiss, you loser!

[Yuto flinches when he feels Sora nudge him, then he blinks and looks at the other.]

Sorry, I... [He lets a small, embarrassed sigh.] I've never been on a... [His voice goes quieter.] ...date.

[Suddenly looking at his own hands seems so much more interesting than looking at Sora. Yuto's cheeks are a little flushed too.

But he can't change the fact he just doesn't know how to relax in this kind of situation. Of course, this is only a dinner, they'll eat something and that's it. But aren't dates supposed to be something more than that? But what exactly? What should he do to make it a proper date?

It'd be nice to catch Sora's hand in his own but there's too many people here and Yuto isn't a big fan of getting affectionate in front of people.]

Hey, me either!

[Sora says this cheerily and with a smile. He's kind of taking the whole thing in stride, he's only seen dates in movies and books and stuff. They already sort of watched a movie so now they're going for dinner. That's the right order to things, right?]

I'm kind of just making it up as we go, to be honest. It doesn't have to be super serious.

[Besides he already loves spending time with Yuto. Now he can do that while flirting a lot more. He gently nudges Yuto's foot again just to do that.]

[It doesn't have to be super serious and yet Yuto still isn't quite sure what to do. He tries to relax, taking a small breath... but then Sora nudged him with his foot and that makes him flinch once again, then blush and stare at the other.

For the next minute Yuto is thinking very hard of how to say this so that it wouldn't sound like he's trying to push Sora away. Eventually he looks down.]

...Can you... stop nudging me? [Then he quickly adds:] It's just awkward. In public. [His tone is a little desperate. Please don't get him wrong.

This date is not going to go well, is it?]
