[Chise hadn't really been sure how to approach Elias with the offer of a date, having never really done something like it before. Ever. She had reached out to Angelica and Alice both for help and while it had come with a lot of teasing, she had finally gotten a plan together.

A date in the human world. Nothing over the top. Just dinner and then a walk through the park. Simple enough.

Asking had been awkward but she had finally gotten the words out and the pair made arrangements for the next evening, Chise placing the call for a dinner reservation before spending the next 24 hours fretting. When the time finally came, Chise had done her best to dress up some, toying with the sleeves of her jacket as she waited in the front hall for Elias, Ruth at her feet looking both annoyed and amused all at the same time.]

Elias wasn't nervous, but a feeling that could only be described as excitement he supposed. It'd been awhile since he and Chise had any time together apart from working on her magic. And now, they got to go out among humans. Which meant certain...actions had to be taken.

He left his room, pulling on his coat and tugging his blonde hair out from the back. He'd cast a glamour spell to make him appear human. he'd done it before, but it was still quite a change.

As he adjusted his coat he looked to Ruth, "You had best stick to Chise's shadow, restaurants typically don't allow dogs inside." he pointed out.

[ Sometimes, Egil's pretty sure he does things that aren't actually meant to be taken seriously or followed through with. Still, even with their sort of rocky start, it's easier to keep pushing and pressing rather than draw back, and that's what he does. For the most part. For the other most part, he goes along with the flow, which currently means texting Kavinsky about nothing and wanting it to be something. Or maybe it's the other way around, and he's debating the next question almost too serious before he just gives up and writes it out. ]
