Love at Wrong Sight

Don't be so cynical: love at first sight definitely exists. What also exists is love at wrong sight. Both of you feel a spark, hearts a-flutter, magnetism in full force, all the tell-tale signs of an instant pull, so what's the problem?

Well, there are some big problems. One of you could be taken, you could be on opposites sides of a battle or movement, you have a duty that conflicts with romance, this could be the wrong place at the absolute wrong time, the attraction could be forbidden, or any litany of pitfalls you can imagine could exist. Oh why oh why are you having this sudden swooning now? Here? It's no use denying you're in a pickle.

The quandary is...will you avoid this flight of fancy or will affairs of the heart hit you square in the chest?

How could I not comment when Jyn was used in the gif?

[ Haha well I'm gonna be SUPER rusty but hopefully it will be ok. I think the obvious is something where Jyn survives at the end of the movie. They could meet pre-Luke blowing up the Death Star, or we could even do something like right after. ]

Ohhhh yeah, I dig that. I think either of those are good. Maybe Jyn's made it back to Yavin and they run into each other there? And rusty is okay! No worries. :D No pressure!

Goddamnit, I just got home!

[ Sam kicks a trash can and puts a sizeable dent in the metal. She's still in the uniform - was wearing it when she fell through the damn portal - though she's stripped off the cowl and goggles. So, yeah, there's a six foot tall pissed off super-soldier in combat boots staring Tony down. Iron Man doesn't exist in her world, but a variant of the suits does - and Tony Stark is a warmonger with his own private mercenary army, which happens to be equipped with said suits.

(He also owns the world's largest chain of coffee shops.)

So maybe Sam is understandably a little skeptical right now. She sure as hell isn't putting the shield down as she eyes him warily. ]
