[ It was a rare thing as of late for Noctis and his Dad to have time to sit down for dinner, so the fact it was happening that evening was a nice change. Noct had been the one to suggest foregoing the more formal dining hall, opting instead to just simply sit at the stools in the large kitchen with an easy meal of sandwiches. And it was nice, save for the bundle of nerves that had settled in the pit of Noctis' stomach. He's been meaning to talk to his Dad for a bit now, only now getting the time to do so and he's not quite sure how to even start.

So he just sort of stays quiet, picking at his food. He lifts the top slice of his sandwich, pulls out the lettuce and tomato and puts the bread back on. Glances at his Dad and shrugs. ]

So - anything interesting happen in your meetings today? [ Oh yeah, he was stalling. ]

As for what he'll be confessing to..it'll be a long, long tale of being the universe's failsafe despite actually liking humanity, being the person behind Jesus out of the hope that it would help save humanity by bringing them together, and..having those hopes dashed as his friends and loved ones died around him and the woman he loved sacrificed herself so that she could prevent the destruction of the universe, among other things.
