INJURIES.
1. Sprain/strain. How did you screw up walking?
2. Broken bones. Simple fractures still hurt.
3. Cuts. Hopefully one of you has a sewing kit.
4. Burns. Location, location, location. Let's pray this one isn't on your ass.
5. Concussion. No, they're most likely not holding up fifteen fingers.
6. Other. I'm not a doctor.

HOW'D IT HAPPEN.
1. Stupidity. You did this to yourself.
2. Accident. Is an unintentional attack still an attack?
3. Attack. Don't lie, you deserved it.
4. Other. It's probably still your own fault.

WHERE'D IT HAPPEN.
1. Home. Did you remember to invest in a first aid kit?
2. School/Work. This should be excellent for getting you out of doing stuff!
3. Outdoors. Predators like the smell of blood. Clean up asap.
4. In the water. Hopefully there aren't any sharks!
5. Other. Like a hospital. That'd be handy.

Stupid might be a little harsh, don't you think? You may have simply been a little... overenthusiastic is all.

[But he perks up a little when the subject shifts and he's quick to nod. Never mind the fact they're about to find out that he's a little more than twenty centimetres shorter than the other party! Chihiro forces himself up and gets a liiiitle closer to Yuuri.]

Please, I'd be more than happy to help. I... I just hope that I'll be more of assistance than trouble. I don't have the most experience with skating but it should be okay to where we can get you off the ice.

[Yuuri shakes his head, still beating himself up for his mistake.] It's one of the first rules we learn. Never practice jumps when there's no one to watch you.

I was just lucky that you were here, too. [Inhaling with determination, Yuuri manages to climb onto both feet, though he pales as soon as he puts any weight on the injured foot. Ugh.] It'll be okay, if we can just get off the ice. [He isn't sure if he's trying to convince himself or Chihiro at this point.]

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to speak as though I know about those things... [He's trying his best to keep a straight face and not tremble.] Does this mean you're a professional?

[Or is he jumping to more conclusions. Like the conclusion that he's able to actually be of any help. This person... Is kind of tall. And his knees are shaking. Okay, okay, he's going to start trying to go forward.]

[Having Chihiro there to support him does help, if only to reassure Yuuri that there's someone looking out for him this time.] They're busy right now.

[That was an awfully suspicious and long pause. Truthfully, he just doesn't want to bother them when this was a stupid mistake that he made.]

Oh, I didn't mean to imply that you did! I'm sorry... [His face grows a little pink and his arm around Yuuri tightens.] But that's amazing! You must be pretty strong if you're a professional.

[Chihiro glances at him once with hearing the hesitation.]

I... see. [He isn't doubting Yuuri but-] I think I understand. But we'll have to contact someone in order for you to get home safely. Unless we're going together to your location but I don't think you'd really want that.

[At least they're getting closer to where they need to be.]

["Strong" huh... it's not a word he usually applies to himself.] I'm decent. [That's about how much he'll allow for myself, especially after an embarrassing fall like this.] There are a lot of talented people in this sport.

[Yuuri clenches his jaw, already starting to review his options. Not Viktor. Definitely not Viktor.] I'll think about it. You're right, though. I shouldn't try to walk or run anywhere like this.

Excuse me, but... I saw you skating beforehand. You were quite amazing. I may not know anything about skating but you had confidence in your actions. That's plenty strong, I think...

[Chihiro's soon reaching out because, hey, they are actually returning to the real word and getting off the ice! Not that it goes without the slight stumble.]

I'm sorry, I'm putting a lot of stress on you. We'll be able to figure it out once we get a little more settled with the short term situation.

[A soft flush appears on his face, and though Yuuri doesn't give him any confirmation, he doesn't try to disagree either.] If you want to see it that way.

[He manages a slight shake of his head without sending them off balance.] It's fine, I should be thanking you for helping me instead of arguing with you.

There's strength in passion! [He's going to nod once.] I didn't think we were arguing. We were... merely having a creative discussion.

[The words barely come out of his mouth when he's falling and possibly dragging Yuuri with him.]

A creative discussion? [Despite the throbbing in his ankle, Yuuri manages to smile.] That's an interesting way to put it.

[Whatever else he's going to say is quickly lost in a gasp of pain as his injured foot gets jostled on the way back down to the ice.]

[Chihiro tries to make it that the stranger doesn't at least hit his head but whether or not he has succeeded is up for discussion. On the other hand, he's definitely sprawled out and now he's trying to absorb the shock and just comprehend what has happened.]

Ah! ...san...

[He doesn't know this person's name and now his face is beet red with realising this fact and he has to pull his skirt down and there is just too much and nothing happening at the same time. One of his arms is throbbing and it's kind of cold and and- well, he can't just lay there like that! He tries to push himself up as he holds back some quickly developing tears.]

I- I... I'm so sorry!

[He is soon extending an arm only for it to shake and him to draw it back slightly. Well, he's already messed up once.]

[Hitting the ice is always a shock, even when he's not practicing a jump. His hands had managed to absorb most of the impact, and thankfully, he'd worn his gloves today, saving himself a few painful scrapes on his palms.

When he looks up at Chihiro again, Yuuri's gritting his teeth, but also shaking his head as if he's trying to dispel Chihiro's tears.]

Not your fault. You're new to skating--asking you to help me like this was a little unfair. [Yuuri presses one hand gently against his injured ankle.] We're pretty close to the boards now, I think I can make it to the bench.

Um...

[New to skating is putting it a little too generously. His face is definitely flustered and tears are a'rollin' and they can't be stopped. He curls his fingers into his skirt as he swallows. Maybe he can cry less, somehow- ]

...You can make it by yourself? [Now he just really owes it to this person to set things right.] I can, um... Maybe... Are you keeping your belongings somewhere?

I think so. [He says, but what he thinks is: I'll try. The tears definitely makes Yuuri feel bad, knowing that he'd started all this by being stubborn and practicing the jumps alone.]

They should be by the bench over there. It's the blue one. [Yuuri nods toward one side of the building, trying to hold back his grimace.] Are you sure you don't mind?
