 Otherwordly Meme

Sometimes all you need is a word to spark off an idea.

1. Post a comment with your character's name, canon, and any preferences you may have (no shipping, no smut, etc.)

[ The sun sets over the ocean, the same sight they looked at for so many years. Sora sits up on the usual tree where the paopou fruit grows. It's still amazing, after everything they've been through this sight still remains the same no matter what.

He kicks his legs back and forth as the orange of setting sun, gleams across the water like a thousand sparkling stars on it. Sora sighs with a smile, holding his hands as he stares off. ]

It's weird. We spent so much time trying to get back here we have to leave again.

[Riku's not standing in his normal place against the tree -- instead he's sitting just beneath Sora, his legs hanging off the edge of the rock. He's listening to the waves more than Sora, so it's a second or two after he finishes speaking that Riku looks up at him. He flops over on his back, so he can look up at Sora without craning his neck, and also so he can see the sky above them.]

At least -- this time, it feels like we can come and go more freely. I think... back then, I would have wanted to be able to come back here, even though I didn't think I did.
