Get your playlists ready, kids. Got a song you relate to a character? To a type of situation? Give it to someone as a prompt and see where they take it! You can use it as a general prompt or have the characters actually sing it or whatever, we're not the cops. If you want to set the mood, you can link the song to go with it.
• Top level your character. Include any details you might think are relevant. Post your own prompt or wait for people to prompt you. • Reply to other people's top levels! Pick a song with a mood you like, put in a chunk of the lyrics, link ye olde youtube if you feel like it, and wait. • Feel free to make it pretty for #aesthetic purposes, but make sure it's all legible or else no one will be able to read your prompts. • Have fun!
"Looking good plenty tight Is there room, any more room for me In those jeans? Really thick, like I like it Tell me is there any more room for me In those jeans? Looking tasty really scrumptious Tell me is there any more room for me In those jeans? Looking good plenty tight Is there room, any more room for me?"
"Pretty woman, walking down the street, Pretty woman, the kind I'd like to meet, Pretty woman... You look lovely as can be. Are you lonely? Just like me."
It's entirely possible he's had a little too much to drink.
Bring it on 'Cause I'm just gonna grow up in the battle (hey) Gonna light the darkness Keep on burning my fire Ain't nobody gonna stop me I gotta stop this nightmare Because I'm dreaming of my future Past, future, present It's the world that we live in I ain't scared of my past Because tomorrow keeps approaching fast I'm screaming out for my pride
one 'Cause I don't need boxes wrapped in strings And designer love and empty things Just a chance that maybe we'll find better days
two Now did you read the news today? They say the danger's gone away But I can see the fires still alight Burning into the night
three 'Cause in this beautiful life there's always some sorrow And it's a double-edged knife, but there's always tomorrow Oh you know, it's up to you now if you sink or swim, Just keep the faith and your ship will come in, it's not so bad
[ Victor hears the stereo turn on in the living room, which is both incredibly nice and decidedly new. Having lived there alone for years, he's not accustomed to music turning on seemingly on its own, and he's immediately charmed by it. He recognizes the song, American maybe? English for sure. It's dancy, and Yuri's turned the volume up just loud enough to fill their small apartment which manages to make the morning feel fully awake.
Victor's still in his robe when he makes his way quietly out of the bedroom, moving swiftly and gracefully through the common area in an attempt to sneak up behind Yuri who's still standing in front on the stereo and fussing with the volume. He wraps his arms around him from behind, pressing a kiss to his neck before grabbing his hand and tossing him into a ballroom spin. ]
[Interested in this jerk? Have a couple of prompts, but I'm flexible.
1. Oh my God, I'm a giant with an appetite Pushing people to the ground and running 'round the halls at night I wanna know who you told 'til they're all laying on the floor, frozen to the core I wanna know who you told 'til it's nobody anymore, nobody anymore
2. Yeah, you don't know my mind You don't know my kind Dark necessities are part of my design Tell the world that I'm falling from the sky Dark necessities are part of my design ]
