Everyone could use a good massage now and again right? Well it's time to let you characters lay back and relax-- or maybe treat someone else to a little skin therapy. ;) Break out the oils and scented candles, it's time for a good rub down.

How to play:
❧ POST with your character (list their name & canon in the subject if you please)
❧ Others can reply giving the massage or recieving it.
❧ Use RNG to pick from the numbers below, or pick your numbers, or make something up!
❧ Have fun!

Type

001. Shoulder and Neck - the basic of the basic. Perhaps a strained shoulder, been sitting too long at their desk. Or maybe something even more strenuous. However, it's time to work out all those accumulated kinks.

002. Foot - It's time to give those yapping dogs a rest and treat them to a little TLC.

003. Hand - Hey don't forget about the hands, overworked constantly they could use a bit of a break.

004. Arm - Time to loosen up a bit and rub out those arm muscles.

005. Leg - Perhaps you're looking for something a bit more specific and intimate. Calve massage? Thigh? It's your choice.

006. Back - Considered a coup de grace of massage, the back massage, when done right, can bring extreme relief to those who receive it.

007. Scalp - Wanna feel those tingles down your spine? Maybe a little oil to help add health to the hair?

008. Full Body - Maybe it’s not just a specific area you want treated, but your entire body.

009. Wild Card - Anyway you want it. Mix and match, maybe I forgot something you want.

001. Friend - getting a massage from a friend can be a wonderful bonding experience. And exacerbate already existing tensions ;D

002. Lover - Whether a show of care or a prelude to something more intimate, a massage from a lover is a very welcome thing.

003. Service - Hey some of us aren't so lucky. We gotta pay for this service.

Hey, how much for a massage again? My neck's killing me here. [ so not bullshit at all. ]

[Reigen visibly drops his friendly demeanor, busy sighing irritably and taking a drag from a rare cigarette.]

I don't do massages here, and how many times are you gonna stroll in here with that guy's body?

Am I making that much of a habit out of it? [ what is this, some kind of dojin? ] Maybe he just so happens to need a chiropractor and I'm helping point him in the right direction. [ ABSOLUTELY. ]

You know, I'm sure he feels great after all of it, but someday he's gonna just wake up in my office. Don't you feel bad for that guy?

I'm an evil spirit. Feeling bad for humans isn't in my nature.

Anyway, he's not gonna wake up if I'm still piloting him like this. I'm not that careless when it comes to bodies.

[ strips off his shirt and gets comfy on the table, sure. ]

[He's getting the candles lit, skipping the incense or salt, and oiling his hands...]

Of course I'm going to do that. Someone's got to keep an eye out for you and Shigeo, right? [ he just rests his chin on his crossed arms, raising an eyebrow as reigen preps up. ] You really are putting some effort into this, huh?

I'll consider you practice.

[He'll roughly press his hands into the bodyguard's back for... eh, what's this, the fourth time? He pushes the knots out roughly and follows it with comforting rubbing, working methodically and in circles. The oil kept skin from pinching as he moved his hands gradually down the man's back. Man... whoever this guy was, he always had such a stiff back.]

Do you get anything out of this massage?

[trollghost]

Not really. [ he lets out a long breath, relaxing somewhat, whether consciously or not... who knows. he's a ghost. but it does feel nice... he just hums pleasantly as reigen works on his back. ] Maybe I really am doing this out of the goodness of my heart for this guy. Something like this is a novelty to me. It's not as if I could ever experience this the way I normally am.

Ghost life sure seems tough.

[He says, voice dripping with sarcasm. He presses his knuckles along the spine, rolling them down all the way to the tailbone.]

[trollghost]

I know you're joking, but living life seems a lot tougher. I got the worst of it over with.

[ he smirks, but laughs a little breathily as reigen presses down his back. if he were a cat, he'd be purring. this does feel nice, though. ]

Yeah, on the other hand, I can enjoy a drink or a cigarette whenever I want. I don't have to worry about trashing some stranger's body in the process. I also get to talk to whoever I want, not just who can see me every now and then.

[His palms flatten out, pressing and pulling on back muscles to relax them.]

[trollghost]

Oi, I don't trash my bodies. I try to take good care of them. [ ... maybe this is some kind of small repayment to this stranger for taking a nick of his ear. ] Things like drinking and cigs are worldly desires. You value them because you're still human, but they hardly matter if you're not.

[saltsplash]

Yeah, but that's what I'm talking about. I can do what I want with my body because it's not like I'm borrowing it.

[He snorts.]

I guess if you wanted a smoke, you could possess me instead.

Are you serious?

Yeah, you have your own body. But it's the only one you've got. Don't be careless with it, like offer it to a vengeful spirit.

[saltsplash]

The heck have I done to you to make you vengeful? I'm not even charging you the way I should for massaging this guy! Or letting you in my apartment with him.

[trollghost]

I don't mean vengeful towards you, specifically. Who's being an egoist now?

I mean that's the kind of spirit I am. [ not a benevolent one. evil! absolutely evil. ]

Yeah? And here I thought you were just trying to get praise you don't deserve.

[trollghost]

I don't mind getting praised more.

Look, I'm even turning down your offer like the decent guy I am after all. You're an exorcist, you shouldn't offer your body to ghosts.

It might be good for me to know how being possessed feels like.

[He mumbles that, actually, amidst starting to hit the man's back with more force to crack the spine pleasantly.]

[trollghost]

[ oh, that hit the spot. he laughs, trailing off into a low groan and a smirk, half-hidden against his forearm. ] That's some dangerous shit you're spewing, you fake psychic.

[saltsplash]

[Eh, might as well finish it off. Reigen'll start strategically hitting and rubbing out every last little inch of soreness or ache the human body could possibly have.
