We have the pregnancy and pregnant smut meme, but this meme is for the act of impregnation, which is a kink in and of itself, especially when lots of focus is given to in through narration and dialogue. And of course it's a versatile kink, lending itself well to consensual, vanilla, non-con, and many many other things. And there's mpreg, too!

WHY
1. Consensual. You and your lover think it's time to start a family. 2. Risk. You don't necessarily want to get pregnant, but the risk is hot as hell. 3. Ownership. You want to get somebody pregnant up because you think that will make them yours. Or you're trying to get knocked up to keep them here. 4. Forced Breeding. Like the stables meme, or something involving the government. 5. Continuing the Line. You need an heir. Simple as that. 6. Accidental. It's either the heat of the moment or you're inexperienced, but this isn't planned through. 7. Humiliation.You're impregnating someone to humiliate them. 8. Interspecies. The two of you are making a child born from the union of two different species. 9. Lovesick. This pregnancy is an expression of your love. 10. Expected. Everyone expects you to have a baby, so you decide to do so. 11. As a Favor. Your friend wants a baby, so you'll act as a surrogate 12. Roleplay. You're just using the idea of pregnancy up as an exciting aide. There's no actual risk here, but you have all the trimmings. 13. WILDCARD.
The Joker had never been a father before nor did he have fond memories of his own. So to now have twin boys in the penthouse certainly changed the tone of things. He wasn't entirely sure what to do. He'd hold his sons one by one, smiling as he looked them over. They were small, but they were perfect.
Still, nothing was remotely normal about their nuclear family. Daddy coming home from and evening of business and chaos. His favorite kind of evening. Harley had to recover for some time, but he hardly trusted anyone else to watch them.
"Daddy's home!" he announced as he walked in the door, strutting into the grand foyer of their home.
Armin started out as her employee, but he's long since become much more than that - getting to know her at work, gaining her respect with his intelligence and ingenuity, his work ethic and his competence, he quickly became an ally, a close friend, a trusted confidant. Now, they've been friends for years and know each other very well, so it wasn't entirely a surprise to him when Weiss told him she wanted to have a child.
When she asked him to be the father, on the other hand - that was a surprise.
Perhaps it shouldn't have been, since Weiss doesn't have any current romantic interests, and few male friend as close as Armin. But then, he hasn't had any recent relationships either, and he's always had trouble viewing himself in that context, as pleasing or desirable. Not that that was strictly necessary, as a surrogate - but it's enough that it hadn't occurred to him before.
Once the shock wears off, however, he doesn't have to think about it long. Even if he doesn't think about Weiss romantically, she's charming and attractive, he cares for her deeply, and he has no issues with the thought of siring a child, whether he ends up very involved in their life or not. It's an easy question to answer.
