GROWING CLOSER On occasion, the fun in playing a romantic relationship is not actually playing the relationship proper, but the build up. The characters grow closer, frozen hearts can thaw, emotional barriers may fall, and insight is gained, both about self and potential partners... ...plus, it can be entertaining as all heck to play either a. awkward dancing around the subject, if your character is that type, or b. embracing all that warming up. A little of column A, a little of column B may scratch an itch you never knew you had. Play one little vignette in time. You may find yourself craving some more. Comment with your character, preferences, info, etc. Reply to others & thread it alll out. Have fun, guys!

For a werewolf, it's probably a bit surprising that one Randolph Lyall is rather fond of cats. He can't have one himself, given he lives with a pack of other werewolves, but that's what this lovely modern invention of the cat cafe is for. So he visits more often than one might expect for a quiet if powerful Beta of the largest pack in England. (It's totally England here now, right? We can fudge...)

He settles in tonight, shortly after sundown, and offers the familiar young lady behind the counter a smile. He's rather as fond of her as he is of the cats, to be honest. "Good evening, Mason. Any new friends visiting today?" By that, he means cats, of course.
