Have you ever wanted to make sure everyone knew what was yours, so they'd keep their hands off? Well, if you haven't before, you're feeling that now, and those emotions are not towards a possession. They're towards a person you want to claim, no matter if your personality is territorial or not. Or maybe you're the one wanting to be claimed. Either way, this will end in sex that's either public, running a high risk of discovery and publicity, or that leaves marks

There are as many reasons why this desire has cropped up as the imagination allows: frustration, sexual tension, disbelief of others that you're a couple, anger at others trying to steal what's yours, punishment or to remind someone they're yours, a personality-altering gas, hormones, heat, a mutual kink, for fun, for showing the world how much you love them, or even in order to save them and show some despots that this person is taken because better you than anyone else. How serious the "claiming" instinct also depends on entirely upon what you really want.

Remember, wanting something to be your own isn't bad.

No one could deny that Cindy was brave and more than willing to do what was necessary, but Magato never had reason to believe she was very wise. Not wise enough, at least, to leave the perilous work of traversing the wilderness to the Hunters. It was no secret that Cindy knew little in the way of defending herself despite insisting on venturing out alone.

Magato waited to approach her until they were alone for certain, and too far for anyone to hear if she was screaming for help.

"Cindy!" He called out to her, walking out from behind a rock not too far away. He passed through Hammerhead regularly, but not often. Whether Cindy could feel his watching her he wasn't sure, though either way it didn't seem to matter much. Magato had his hands in the pockets of his long jacket that hid whatever underneath. He gave Cindy a smile.

"What are you doing all the way out here?"

It was best to wait for the hunters, she knew that, but Cindy grew impatient sometimes and couldn't help but venture out on her own. So far nothing bad had happened to her since she knew to return home before dark, a fact that left her emboldened to go out this time in search of a rare item that would really help in the garage.

She heard someone call out her name before she could find it. Curious, she noticed the man approaching, someone with a familiar face but not quite so familiar that she knew his name. Likely someone who rolled through Hammerhead without sticking around for too long; there were a lot of people like that.

"Oh, hello! I'm looking for something for the garage... heard it was out this way," she replied, a bit skeptical to be approached like this, but unwilling to let that dampen her usual good spirits. Although she was a bit wary, she stood her ground.

Magato continued to smile at her, eyes never leaving her. He got close but not too close, stalking instead in a circle around her. He stopped once he was blocking her path back; if happened to run then she was only going to get farther away from anyone that could help her.

"You're not worried about getting attacked?" He said, turning his head up at her like he was looking her over for weapons, though he suspected Cindy didn't have anything hidden away.
