They ended up on your doorstep, quite literally. Bloody, possibly. Bruised, most definitely, though the wounds may be mental. You probably don't know them from Adam, yet you couldn't find it in you to turn them away - whether they wanted you to or not. So you opened up your home, just for a little while.

But it's getting to be more than a little while. Both of you are finding a comfort zone, because you didn't simply open up your home. Admit it or don't, but you've opened up your heart all the same.

Their's is slowly following, if its reluctant at all. Could this be...love?

She doesn't even go home first, just knocks on his balcony door, still dressed as Supergirl and everything.]

Charles and Hank had left Washington, returning to the mansion in Westchester, Charles leaving the two pieces of his heart behind him. They hadn't been home long before the pain of the voices started to overwhelm Charles once again. He had his fingers to his temple massaging it lightly when he pulled open the door with a start.

"Not where I expected you to run to...."

They kept in touch over text message now and then, and even had coffee together once before. Yeah, that was more of Frank Castle than Foggy ever expected to see before the man had saved his life a few months back, and he didn't think there would be much more to their odd little encounters than that.

Until the man showed up at his doorstep bleeding and looking for the world half-dead.

"Shit, Frank," he muttered more to himself than to the injured man. Foggy wasn't any sort of doctor, barely knew any of the basics, but he knew he couldn't turn him in to a hospital or ask anyone else for help. Frank needed extreme discretion.

"Come on, let's get inside. Tell me what happened. Where are you hurt?" He started helping Frank inside, quick to shut and lock the door behind them.

Barry hadn't been expecting anyone to stop by his new apartment tonight. It was almost Christmas after all and everyone was still kind of raw about aliens and Savitar and everything. Barry himself was still mulling over what he'd seen the future...in fact he was sitting in the dark having an Oliver Queen moment over it, when the knock at the door made him jump about a foot.

He sped over and opened it startled to find Felicity on the other side. "Felicity...is everything okay with Oliver......what's wrong?"
