THE YEAR IS 2XXX, and virtual reality technology has advanced to the point where it is basically indistinguishable from actual reality. Once you put on a headset, your consciousness is taken to another world that feels so real, you'd swear that you're actually there. It's a revolution on every front of human society, so of course the first thing someone does is create a virtual world meant for nothing but allowing people to get their freak on from across the globe. It's a worldwide hit, and even if no one admits to using it, everyone does. There's no messy cleanup, no risk of disease or pregnancy, it's totally anonymous, and if you're not having a good time, you can always leave with just a thought. So, go ahead. Put on your headset, create your perfect virtual self, and get out there and find someone who's just as kinky as you. Whether you're looking for a quick wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am or you want to craft that perfect scenario for someone to step in and be your dream, it's all waiting there in the Cyber Zone.

SETTING INFORMATION Upon first logging in, all characters must create their virtual avatar. The default avatar is a representation of their real self, but it may be fully customized. Every aspect of their bodies can be edited, and realism takes a backseat to fulfilling fantasies. Look like someone else, look like something else, do whatever you like, the customization features are endless. If a new situation calls for it, a user can alter their body on the fly to accommodate they or their partner's wants by calling up a virtual menu and adjusting options and sliders until they're perfect. In-character kink lists are optionally provided to be filled out, and they can be compared at a glance with anyone that looks appealing. After getting the right look, it's time to find the right place to play. Those that want to get right to the good part can simply join the Quick Match queue and be set up with someone (or someones) at random in a swanky virtual hotel room with all the trimmings, but other options exist. There are endless amounts of private worlds, places where users have crafted their own perfect fantasies to experience, as well as numerous official public worlds. Medieval worlds filled with intrigue and magic, imitations of decadent Rome, modern day realities both mundane and fantastical, far futuristic universes where you get to be the green-skinned space babe, and many more worlds exist, populated by real people and AI-controlled NPCs both. Characters are free to hang out in social lobbies, join a world and try their luck, join someone they've met before and added to their contact list for another go around the block, look through advertisements seeking someone like them to come scratch an itch, or craft their own little slice of virtual space and put out an ad to find someone who likes the same deviance they do. Of course, given that this is a world of ones and zeroes, sometimes things can get a little weird. Administrators try to stay on top of things, but they're only human, and sometimes it can take a little while before they can step in and get everything back to normal when things glitch out or hackers get feisty. Bodies have gotten stuck with strange features where the editor stops functioning, and on rare occasions, unscrupulous malcontents have hijacked control of worlds to put users through bizarre situations, and there are always new and exciting ways for everything to go wrong waiting just around the corner. Don't get too upset, it's all covered in the EULA everyone had to sign before logging in, and no one signs anything without reading it, right? Everything will be back to normal soon enough, so all they need to do is bear it for a while... or maybe try to have some unexpected fun.
