They say curiosity killed the cat. Good thing you're not a cat...probably. No offense to any cats out there, literal or metaphorical. But you are curious, though, curious about intimacy and sex, whether it be in general or with this specific person. If it's the former, perhaps you've never had sex before and want to know what it's like, at least once. Perhaps you're interested from a scientific view, and someone's agreed to show you. Maybe you want to test yourself, your control, or any new abilities that may throw a spanner in the works. Or, you know, you could just want sex. If you're curious about this particular person, it may be because of their abilities, their history, or their body - maybe even their species' anatomy, if they're of a different origin than you. Whatever the case, this is a learning experience, and you're testing the waters. That means, in this meme, there will be a lot of exploration, a good deal of foreplay...and maybe some emotions, too. Take it slow; remember, you want to know every nook and cranny of their body and everything that makes them tick. This means you may not get to the actual sex. There's a chance you may not even want that, depending on who you are and your situation. And that's fine. [ it's a rare night when gladio and ignis decide to call it a night before noctis and prompto do, but here they are. there's something about the scenery around galdin quay that always makes noctis want to put off ducking inside the tent for just a little longer, and prompto's tone had been heaped with just the right amounts of wheedling when he'd begged noctis to help him trim down on his photo collection. and so here they are, perched on the edge of the haven rock with their legs dangling, far enough from camp to keep their voices from waking up the other two but close enough to still feel the warmth of the fire against their backs. noctis has one arm curled on prompto's shoulder to make it a little easier to see the camera screen, cheek pillowed against the crook of his elbow, and...

... if there was a way of stretching this moment out into forever, noctis thinks he just might take it.

they haven't actually succeeded much in freeing up much room on prompto's memory card, but. it's nice to see their journey like this, captured in all these little frozen moments of time. it's a little easier to forget about the heartache of their lost home, the weight resting on his shoulders, the uncertain future looming dark and unavoidable in front of them. hell, if he closes his eyes and blocks out the sound of the sea, noctis is pretty sure he could half-convince himself that they're back in their school days again. just two friends, normal people, passing the time.

so maybe that's what prompts the question, an idle schoolkid sort of curiosity. ]
