You may remain yourself, or you may believe yourself to be in a completely different world, such as a modern couple starting a family or a medieval lord and lady producing an heir. The timey-wimey magic also comes in handy, as the stages of pregnancy can be jumped to at random, so no two people may be the same degree of "along." Don't think that the gender roles are so rigid here as they are in the real world, though; it wouldn't be amusing that way. Even now, months later, Hikari still wasn't completely sure how she had gotten to where she was now, pregnant and with her stomach very clearly showing off the life that was now growing inside of her. It wasn't like she had never thought about having kids, honestly, she really wanted to have them. But she had expected it to happen after marriage. Not after a night of getting a bit too into things with Sora and forgetting about a very important thing to use in a night of passion.

... Not that she had really thought it would be possible to get pregnant from Sora, even if her friend did somehow have both sets of parts needed in order to have a kid. The two of them had really thought that Sora just... wouldn't be able to get anyone pregnant.

Well, Hikari definitely wasn't going to be making that mistake again. After this, she wasn't planning on having another baby for quite a while. Having a baby inside of her was pretty uncomfortable, both in her gut and... well... in her swollen breasts. And that wasn't even getting into the sudden, random spikes of horniness that seemed to happen all the time now and was currently the reason that she was lying on their bed, completely naked while her fingers rubbed back and forth against her lower lips.
