[ Viktor immediately takes advantage of that long hair being released and he wraps it around his hand, using it to hold Jae-ha against his ear. The whispered words send a shiver down his spine, that amused little chuckle one of the sultriest things he's heard in a long time, and he lets his released hand grab at Jae-ha's back, trying to--well, he isn't entirely sure what, he just knows that he has to touch, has to feel, wants to memorize the little dips and curves of well defined muscle.

What does he want? It's a good question. He wants a lot of things at the moment, and all of them have to do with Jae-ha's hands continuing to work the strange magic that they are. Viktor finds himself lifting his body to each faint caress and a sharp cry leaves him when his nipples get molested.
