It's a merry chase that Dick's been involved in more than once, and he went into it with a pretty good idea of how things would go. He had been confident that he'd read Helena right, and that the game of running and dodging and getting just close enough to one another was going to do exactly what is has-- rev them up both so much that there's only one sure way to burn it all off.

Her kisses are hard and hungry, so Dick responds in kind, pushing his tongue past her lips to taste Helena deep, its movement keeping time with the grinding, heaving movements of their bodies. He's plenty strong enough to give balance and support, so when Helena tries to speed up the tempo, he responds by bucking his hips upwards hard to meet her.
