(no smut please)
It's just a weird thing, that Danny would be gone for so long and then just ... Come back. Matt would be lying if he said he hadn't thought about Danny. He thinks about Danny a lot, actually, wondering where he went or what he's doing or, maybe, if he's thinking about Matt. Not that Matt would expect it. Why anyone would spend their time thinking of him is beyond him.
But there's no reason for Matt to reach out to him. Matt's got a career to try and salvage and, from the news, Danny is busy with being back in the city and being, well, Danny. So Matt has just let things be until Foggy (bless his soul) has to go to the Rand building on behalf of Hogarth. And he asks Matt along because they just met up for one of their strained coffee dates, and maybe Foggy's just trying to show Matt there's hope for both of them or he's trying to make a point, but ... Matt doesn't think about it too much.
It's easy enough to lose Foggy. When his friend starts talking to the pretty lady at the front desk, Matt wanders in further, to the elevators. He feels over the buttons and tries to figure out which floor he might best find Danny - usually the higher floors. He presses one at random and when he steps out, he hears the voice of a young lady, a receptionist probably, and he puts on his apologetic smile. Just a blind guy who's friend got lost and he pressed the wrong button.

Aoko had never been on a real date before. She'd been out with Kaito on several occasions but that never counted as a date was more like just hanging out with a friend. This was different-this was a boy (not Kaito) asking her out with a clear interest in being more than just friends.
While nervousness and apprehension gnawed on her insides waiting for her date to show, guilt was seeping in. She still wasn't one hundred percent sure which boy she really wanted to date but had finally decided that she'd never know if she didn't give either one a chance. One of them though, she might be waiting an awful long time for him to even notice her interest. She lets out a sigh and leans against the wall. It was best if she didn't think about that.

Hakuba had to check all his clothes very carefully before putting them on, as while he knows Kuroba wouldn't do anything to Aoko, based on the looks he was getting, he can't be entirely sure about himself.
Still. Everything appears in order.
He is, of course, absolutely precisely on time.
"Aoko-kun." He smiles to see her and offers her a small polite bow.
"You look lovely. Thank you for agreeing to come out with me."

(( F/F preff but ok if it's F/M with Pam dominant. She's probably not having a first. ))

First, Steve Rogers was jogging.
...then there was the scent of rather expensive (but somewhat old fashioned) women's perfume, a pair of hands on his shoulders, and the world blurred. When it unblurred, they were standing out front of a rather nice little outdoor cafe and a blond woman in sunglasses was smiling somewhat apologetically over at him.
"In my defense," she started, "I'm more afraid of Pepper Potts than I am of you."
