Part of the appeal of the (under)age difference kink, as in legal-aged characters being involved with those that are underage, is how absolutely taboo and fucked up it is in most cultures. Romance is nice, but let's be honest; it's messed up, even if there is a romantic element. And that's what makes it fun. This meme is for nitty, gritty, not always pretty side of underage. You can play the psychological angles of both sides, whether their actions makes the older party tormented for their decision, and all the filthy, dirty, guilty, and sexy facets this kink can offer.
But my character is a good dude and would never _____! Well, you can always say it's a moment of weakness, they didn't think, aliens made them do it, emotions made them do it - or say fuck it, it's a meme. Make them feel guilty about it later.
But my character is underage and I want them to be the older party. Age them up or play against someone younger.

Stephen should really know better. Or more to the point, while he most definitely does know better, he should be smart enough to stop things right now, since he hadn't been able to stop himself from starting in the first place.
All these mental gymnastics, though, are meaningless to him. What matters is Wanda. What matters is the young woman-- the girl, really-- who sought him out, looking for shelter and training after the recent debacle that had left the world without its Avengers. Stephen hadn't meant to find her so damned attractive, hadn't intended to take her to bed, had not predicted he would become damned near obsessed with Wanda.
But all that had come to pass, and to his surprise, he's convinced that Wanda is happy to be with him. Even if she does occasionally do something foolish like go out at night and not return until the wee hours of the morning, like now, leaving Stephen to sit in the Sanctum and brood until her return.
He hears Wanda come in, and with a twist to the geography of the building, Stephen sets her path to bring her directly to him. "Another late night?" He asks. "Perhaps not the safest choice for a fugitive?"

It was a release to go out and share some drinks, pretend for a few hours that she was just a normal young woman. She hadn't thought of how Stephen might think of it and when she came home and he spoke to her she realized she hadn't thought of a lot of things when it came to leaving the relative safety of the home they shared. It wasn't a surprise to find herself confronted with him, though.
"I'm careful," she answered, though, she wasn't sure she was.

"I somehow doubt that," he replied, rising from his seat and moved closer. Stephen took a deep breath, trying to calm his agitation and keep his unease from upsetting Wanda in turn.
"I am sorry for the circumstances that make going out like this dangerous, I truly am. But you know that staying here is the safest thing for you. And for us."
Not that he was especially inclined to go out particularly often, but between Wanda's precarious status with the law and their own complicated relationship, Stephen wanted more than anything to be cautious.
He took another step closer and reached out to stroke her lovely dark hair. "After all, what would I do if they tried to take you away from me?"

"How long..." she sighed, because the state of being a fugitive was nearly as bad as being a prisoner.

"Until it's safe," he responded, almost apologetic in his tone. It disturbed him to see Wanda so distraught, and if he could cure her ills with a wave of his hand, he would. "Until we can be sure that if you leave without me, nothing would stop you from coming back."
He placed both his hands on the young woman's shoulders and urged her closer to him. Stephen leaned down a bit to look her in the eyes. "Perhaps... perhaps we can go out together sometime, somewhere unexpected. I can create a portal there, and then back here. No one would expect you could be half a world away from here in a moment and then back the next."
