[So Sette is...kind of horrible. She's not a bad person as such - she's not malicious, and she's actually kind of a huge softie underneath everything - but she has a lot of insecurities that she covers up by insulting everyone she meets, and a rather...unique sense of morality whereby stealing everything that's not nailed down is A-OK. Comes from being the daughter of a crime lord, I guess.

On the other hand, she had a tail! Which looks a lot like a mule's tail but which she will insist is totally a lion tail.

As for scenarios, a combination of 9 and 10 under General seems most appropriate. I got no problem Modern AUing her.]

It wasn't often that Jubilation Lee actually found someone who could keep up with her, as hyperactive as she was. It was even rarer to find someone who could leave her in the dust. Apparently this Bart Allen could do just that, and Jubes was intrigued.

They ended up spending a lot of time together, joking around, playing pranks on each other and other people, and talking a mile a minute while eating food to keep their energy up. They were two peas in a pod.

Also, Jubes couldn't help but notice that Bart's constant running around gave him an amazing body. She found herself sneaking glances at it more and more.
