I like honest flirting. I can't see how anyone would enjoy being lied to, even if it was supposed to be nice.

She'd been learning about socialization, about being friendly, but there was still that part of her that was short and blunt, the real Parker that didn't understand or care about the niceties of small talk and smiling while doing it. A small shrug before she reached for her drink.]

Most people are uncomfortable around me, so if they're being nice, they always want something. I wish more people would just say what they mean instead of what other people want to hear. It'd save on the confusion.
