Character Roles

1. Princess
One day your prince will come... Or maybe you're going after him! Or maybe you've been cursed/captured/whatever and are in need of rescue! Those towers won't climb themselves, and those kisses that awaken you from a century of slumber aren't exactly cheap.

2. Prince Charming/Heroic Knight
You're handsome (hopefully). You're charming (you think). You have a great outfit (this is debatable). Regardless, it's time to go find and rescue your one true love! ... Er, wherever she or he might be.

3. Villian
Man, those two up there sure are annoying, aren't they? Maybe it's time to do some kidnapping, curse some royalty, plague a kingdom, or whatever other nefarious deed you might be thinking of. In any case, the truly important thing is to make sure your cape and collar are appropriately intimidating and black.

4 . Red Riding Hood
... Or whichever other cute little girl that roams the woods in her free time that you can think of. You're cute, you have a pretty outfit, and there's something growling in the bushes but whatever it is, it can't be too dangerous, can it?

5 . Wolf
You're a wolf. Or a bear. Or some other animal. Or some random person with animal ears and a tail. Maybe you're evil, maybe you're just misunderstood, but you still can't stand those annoying people that keep wandering around your forest. Maybe they're even in your house, eating your food! The nerve! Or maybe they just look delicious, who knows.

6 . Dragon
You're a fucking dragon. Maybe you've kidnapped a snack, maybe someone came to hunt you down, maybe some hobbit is stealing your treasure, maybe you're just chilling. You're a dragon.

7 . Witch
Bring out the hat and broomstick, it's time to get the cauldron bubbling. Good, misunderstood, evil, who knows what you are. Except for a witch. You're definitely a witch. Try to avoid shoving small children into your oven and you should be fine.

8 . Cheery Animal Sidekick
Cheep cheep! Boy that princess sure is pretty, huh? You should sing with her and do her chores for her and obey her slavishly- wait... Well, whatever you're doing, you're cute and small and mildly annoying.

9 . Cursed Prince
Life was just perfect for you, until you got on the wrong side of that witch/wizard/cheery animal sidekick pushed just too far. Now you're cursed! Into a beast? Into a frog? Maybe you have really bad acne now? It could be anything (seriously, anything you can think of) but luckily, the cure is simple. Find your one true love and get that magical first kiss.

10. Fairy Godmother
When your princess is in need, she's only got one person to turn to. Her fairy godmother. It's your job to advise her, help get her out of any scrapes she happens to be in, or maybe you got her in the mess to begin with.

11. Random Extra
Wow, all those other guys sure are weird, aren't they? You'll just get back to work. Even with all this nonsense going on, life continues.

[He was cursed as a child instead of killed. Upon his birth, his mother alone without husband took him to a deep into a forest, into the heart of a forest to a witch and asked if the hum of a mother's intuition which sang through her blood and bones was indeed true. She asked if her son, the boy in her arms swaddled tight and sleeping quiet was supposed to be the one legend foretold as the knight that would free the kingdom caught in the shadow of a cruel red hand. The one that the Red Skulled Sorcerer lived in such fear of that he hunted constantly to kill at birth every son of strong lungs, blue eyes and golden hair so to ensure his rule never ended?

The witch said it was so and his mother wept yet she was comforted through a curse not so cruel and certain as death.

When he was presented in front of the Red Skull he was spared after a dismissive glance. For there was no chance a infant with wheezing lungs, so thin and sickly would last the winter let alone change the course of history.

So he lived. Weak in body but strong in spirit. He lived with his mother simply, quietly in a small village at the edge of the largest forest in the north. His mother nurses him through eighteen winters, eighteen falls, springs and summers. Yet on the nineteenth she falls ill and tells him to go, to find the same witch and learn what she's kept from him. All that he taught her not enough -- he brews a dozen remedies and they fail. She dies. He sees her buried proper then he does as she asked.

He sets off into the woods, not knowing which way to go aside from deeper to the heart. A day, a night, and another day of walking exhausts him and when it begins to rain he's forced to make camp early under the overhang of a stone ledge. His fire fails to catch on damp kindling. He's soaked through from the downpour, shivering with his jaw clenched. One strike after another sputter out, yet he refuses to give up. This, he needs. He can't get sick now of all times.

Steve hears the crunch of old leaves, of twigs, of something moving at the same time he feels that he's being watched through glimmer of rainfall. He has his pack, his walking stick and a knife best used for hunting at his disposal. It's the knife that he unsheathes as he stands.]

No one wandered too deep into the forest. It was known as fairy territory and it were said that no one ever returned that stepped foot into their domain. Jio stepping out of the brush might suggest otherwise, but anyone well educated enough on fairies knew that they could take on a more human form. More being the keyword here. No human had both black and white hair so perfectly divided in the middle and one green and one red eye as well. The marks under his eyes looked like nothing special at first glance, but at closer inspection it could be seen that they were tiny scales.

Letting his mismatched eyes fall on the human that had been straining dangerously close to where he should not tread his face spit up in a grin, sharp teeth visible. "Lost? You have to be for coming this deep into the forest."

[Strolling as he was forced to do without a steed worthy of his presence; Add was following a winding stone path currently, for seemingly no reason.

This of course meant he had a pretty severe reason give he was completely alone and wasn't looking timid. Silently he was screaming but trying to put on a brave face to perhaps throw off any that looked to eye him for sport. Though appearing unafraid would do only so much given he did look like a frail person.]

[Being that she was a sword wielding princess, it was practically her duty to tell the dragon of the land not to do anything bad or terrible...Not that he had yet but this was just preventative measures.
