[ Except not really; most don't believe Miyuki has any virtue. He sobers up a bit, still standing above the bench leaning his hands on the edge of the back with his arms rigid. ]

... Nah, that's not it. It's more like... what trouble you might get me into. But I know better than to do anything stupid.

[ He tilts his head to the side, eyes lingering on Akiyama for a moment, and suddenly pushes off the bench to stand straight. ]

Well! Not that it matters. It'd just be annoying if they get nosy.

[Unable to deny the possibility of getting the athlete 'into trouble', Akiyama simply stares back up at the laughing teen with slight curiosity. The thought of having to be 'discreet' about anything is pretty lame and annoying to Akiyama- but at the mention of "nosy" friends, a moment of clarity crosses the delinquent's features.]

...Now that you mention it... [Akiyama thinks back, recalling the way one particular acquaintance of his has a definite history of flipping the fuck out when it concerns guys hitting on other guys. Even if it was only a joke, odds are Tomomi might get a little weird when he hears about how Akiyama "made out" with some guy at a kissing booth. He'll probably (maybe) get over it eventually, but then again... there was that one time when the punk seriously beat the shit out of that dude who approached him before- and he will even occasionally get all loud and defensive about it to this day.... Hm.]

[Some people make big deals out of little things. Akiyama has no plans of changing his behavior just to suit someone else, but the alternative of having to deal with a Tomomi outburst is just way too much of a bother. So yeah. Akiyama can see Miyuki's point.]

[ Miyuki's smile tugs up at one corner, before he breaks out into a full-blown grin, jabbing a thumb at himself. ]

I valiantly chased down the thief, caught him, and he returned the money while begging for forgiveness.

[ Not really. He's not planning on giving much of an answer, actually, beyond "he gave it back". It doesn't matter as long as he returns with the money. ]

[Akiyama blinks.] Hey, hold on--

That's it? Not even a struggle... I just got scared and gave up when you caught me? [He really wouldn't put it past Miyuki to pull something like that, so it's kinda hard to tell whether he's joking or not.]

[ With that reaction, Miyuki's not about to make it clear for him. ]

What, you don't like that angle?

[ He slips his hands in his pockets as he waltzes around the end of the bench. ]

Then how about... You weren't really stealing the money, it was just a means to an end. You were just jealous of all those girls I kissed and couldn't take it anymore, but didn't know how else to get me all to yourself.

[ He's turned with his back to Akiyama by now, like he's about to go. But he looks over his shoulder to throw the other boy a teasing smirk. ]

I'm gonna deck you for real.

[He almost regrets not chucking the guy's phone across the park now. But he realizes that reacting is only giving Miyuki what he wants, so the delinquent just exhales with a cringe.] You're really not cute at all.

[Akiyama goes to lay back down. He's tired.] Whatever- just go already...

[ Miyuki snickers at the irritation in that threat and quickly devolves into cackles. ]

Aww, thanks~ [ and lifts one hand in a lazy wave as he leaves. ] See you!

[ He indeed brings his earning back safe and sound, avoiding any reprimands or questions about how he managed it. And he comes back late enough that there's no more kissing to be done! All things considered, not a bad day. ]

[Another sigh.] So annoying...

[Akiyama needs a nap. He could also use a cigarette. He could smoke until he falls asleep, but that usually doesn't turn out so well. Ultimately he's able to fall asleep on the bench just fine; deciding to skip class (yet again) in favor of more sleep. After waking up, he may or may not decide to shoot Miyuki a text or two. Y'know, just to see how things went with the booth and everything.]

((OOC: lol yeah, Akiyama still ended up poutty since he didn't get what he wanted BUT he'll get over it XD. Seems as good a place to end it as any~ I look forward to seeing Miyuki around somewhere again!))

[Is she trying to make him into a red-faced mess??? Because it's definitely working. As he works to get his thoughts together and hopefully face Shiemi without looking like a ripe tomato, he senses movement from his periphery and hears her hands land on the counter.

Turning his head to look properly results in Shiemi's cheek kiss becoming one on the lips. Hunk's eyes grow wide as his face becomes completely red and hot.]

[She’d closed her eyes as she leaned those final few inches—that’s what you were supposed to do when you kissed someone, wasn’t it, no matter what kind of kiss it was--so it takes her longer to realize what’s happened. Inexperienced at this sort of thing as she is, Shiemi just thinks his cheek feels...softer than she’d expected, and warmer, and not quite as smooth, but…really nice. She isn’t sure how long she’s supposed to kiss him for (does the cost vary by the length of time or the number of kisses, or both?), but she lingers there a few seconds in the hopes that she’s doing this properly. [Maybe not totally safe. Because Giorno just looks at him thoughtfully for a moment, then, his lip caught between his teeth in contemplation. And then he kisses him again, except it's sort of the kiss equivalent of those conversations where Giorno is trying to make Fugo as embarrassed as possible. He's still smiling, but he's also playing, which is what that has always been: a game, a chase, him always looking over his shoulder and hoping Fugo will catch up.]

[Fugo is getting better at that, lately.]
