There's always been tension between the two of you, a will-they-won't they kind of vibe. Perhaps you're even romantically involved, if that's your way. But for some reason, you haven't taken the next step yet.

Now, though, you're finally ready to be sexually intimate.

How to Play:
★ Comment with your character and preferences.
★ Comment to others.
★ Play out the scene.

Prompts:
☆ First Time: This is your first time having sex, so it was something to approach with caution.
☆ Unsure: You're uncertain of your skill or prowess or even how to go about this.
☆ Uncorrupted: One of you is more innocent, younger, more inexperienced, and the other doesn't want to take that away.
☆ Differences: The two of you are different enough - perhaps even different species - that intimacy may be an issue, but you're ready to attack it head on.
☆ Taken: You aren't "together," and one of you is involved with someone else. This is the big decision to do an act that may be viewed as heinous.
☆ Forbidden: There's been no sexual contact because it's utterly forbidden, be it incest, class difference, enemies, etc.
☆ Realization: Maybe you'd been friends, but this is the first time you've really seen them in that light.
☆ Otherwise Distracted: Whether it be a job, a holy mission, or anything else along those lines, you've just been too busy to be with someone like that because it would take your mind away from what you have to do.
☆ Finally Free: Before, you just didn't have the chance. Now you do.
☆ Only Time: You were unsure before, but now, it looks like you'll only have this once chance to be together.
☆ A Long Time: You've been separated and it happened before you could get to the good parts. You want to pick up where you left off.
☆ Desperate: You've wanted them for so long...God, this feels so good, you never want it to stop.
☆ Romantic: You want it to be perfect.
☆ Waiting Until Marriage: Doing things all proper-like.

[It made sense to her. She was his, even if she was locked up in a hole. He'd never find anyone in his life more loyal to him than she was. She wasn't in it for fear or money or glory. She was in it for him and him alone. You couldn't buy that kind of love.]

[To hold a woman in his arms who had fallen into an acid vat for him, the Joker knew that there was no one else who'd ever compare to Harley's loyalty and dedication. Her love was real and his for her as genuine as he could produce. They needed one another, even if he wasn't able to see it like that just yet.]

[ooc: I'm hopeful for a Harley/Joker movie. I've been hearing things about a Harley stand-alone one, so he'd better be in it.]

[[ooc- without a doubt there'll be one. She's a goldmine in and of herself and it wouldn't be a proper Harley movie without him. I am looking forward to the Suicide Squad dvd because I hear there are tons of scenes and footage they cut out of the Joker.]]

[ooc: that's what I'm hoping for as well. I know they cut a bazillion bits and even that bar scene was totally different from the trailers vs the actual bits that made it in the movie, so I hope that there's an extended version that has those trailer bits, and then we get a metric fuck ton of deleted scenes.]

[[ooc- I think most was cut because he's canonly pretty abusive and insane, even with her. That is one thing I'm trying to better voicetest him with- being more insane and unhinged.]]

[ooc: I did hear something about a bit being cut because he hit her. I like the difference in this dynamic as opposed to the animated series one, though (I haven't read the comics). Even though it's messed up and twisted, he does actually have feelings and reliance on her beyond doing his dirty work. That's the main difference in the two for me and I think it humanizes him a bit more. (there's also the theory going around that he was Robin or one of Batman's proteges and that's why Bruce keeps the suit, as a reminder not to trust anyone) I'm interested to see where the series goes with him (and Harley, of course).

[[ooc- Oh totally. I completely agree on the reliance despite how he treats her. He had a one track mind in SS - he had to get her at all costs. Which I agree, humanizes him. I really liked starting them off at the end scene in the prison- their attachment to each other is intense and changes him.]]

[ooc: If you ask me, I think it's a mix of things for him. Like, he definitely has feelings for her, but she's also 'his', and you don't fuck with his shit. That look on his face when she was pretending to cozy up to whassisface was just like... the guy was dead and he didn't even know it. He doesn't like people playing with his toys, and she's one of his toys. Even if she's the most special toy, like a security blanket or something.

Like I said, any time you want to do something else, just give me a poke.]

[[Exactly!! Although I felt he did get some enjoyment out of watching her with another man- orchestrating the situation was probably more about control as well. All very Joker :)]
