Most people know you two are a couple...or they assume. Truth be told, they're part right. Whether you're a romantic couple or not, you are together sexually. On top of that, though, there's a little nugget of information most don't know: you're kinky. Maybe even lifestyle kinky. Whether or not that's the case, and whether your relationship is BDSM, master/slave, petplay, daddy/little girl or boy, spoiled princess/prince complex, or something different all together, one of you is a bit more "kept" than the other. There's certainly a good deal of doting going on, but don't forget - when you're naughty, punishment may be necessary. You wouldn't want that, would you?

Kisa didn't know how he'd gotten involved in this sort of thing. Really, hadn't he made it perfectly clear that one time between them was enough? It had been embarrassing enough, anyway, to show someone else that dark, kinky side of him that got off on being pampered and abused, but to do that sort of thing more than once?

[ Fae hierarchy and tradition is a strict thing, set in stone over centuries and rarely tested, at least publicly. There are certain things that are just expected. People in certain ranks are going to have their toys - pets, slaves, ladies- and gentlemen-in-waiting, whatever any individual decides to call them, toys is a pretty good description in the end - to keep them occupied. Those toys are going to be kept in line however their owner decides is best. The level of intimacy involved vary wildly, but a certain amount of control and cruelty tends to be implied.

Control, Clint comes to naturally; it's part of his heritage, as well as part of what he's been trained into as a knight and protector. Cruelty, that's a little less natural, at least towards what's his. Maybe that in and of itself makes him a little weird; a pet usually isn't a prized possession so much as just something to own. But he likes Wanda. (Another bit of strange: Generally there's more than one to an owner, but other than his literal maid, he's pretty happy with just Wanda to take care of.)

Which makes situations like this a bit of a game to navigate.

He hadn't been there to see, so all Clint's got is second-hand information from the people around her, but from what he heard it sounds like a series of mistakes. Someone higher-ranked passing through the room where she was waiting for him, she got startled, somebody tripped maybe - and that's where he's pretty sure the deliberateness and severity of the situation is being exaggerated because of what she is, but the long and short of it is, there was a fall and the fact that she wasn't the one on the floor is apparently an insult. He's already made her apologize, but there's still some kind of punishment to be expected now that he's got her back behind closed doors.

...Admittedly, sitting here, petting her hair is not much of a punishment. But this is soothing for him, letting him drain out the tension of the potential threat he'd been investigating when everything had gone down with her, as he figures out exactly what to do next.

After a few minutes, detensing slowly and not having much to say, he finally looks down at her, quirking an eyebrow. ]

So, that was a more eventful afternoon than expected. [ It's as good as an open invitation for her to offer her side of the story, if she's got anything to add to what he was told. ]
