03. Laundromat: Whoops! Did you just drop your panties/boxers on the floor? Don’t worry! There’s a friendly stranger there to help you pick them up, or maybe just look awkward and blush a lot.
04. Blind Date: Your friend thinks you need a life so they’ve set you up on a date!
05. A Long Line: Both of you are stuck next to each other in a long line. Strike up a conversation!
06. Work: Maybe your cubicles are next to each other’s, or maybe you work in the same building. Or, maybe you’re a delivery person, delivering something to the other person.
07. Public Transportation: Subway, bus, train, airplane. Whatever the case, you’re now sitting next to this person.
08. Jail: You’ve both been put in the same cell (let’s just pretend there are coed cells), and now you have nothing but time to chat.

Having your life picked up, shaken, and then dumped unceremoniously onto the ground wasn't the best feeling in the world. It also, as it turns out, isn't the worst.

And at least there's still laundromats here.

Jimmy is sitting on top of his current washer, eyes on a dryer across the way. He would be fiddling around on the borrowed phone, but touch screens don't work with the leather mittens he's wearing. Instead, dressed in what are clearly pajamas, he stays hunched over, elbows resting on thighs, and just buries his face in one of the weird Gospel magazines someone 'kindly' left as reading material. Better than making eye contact with anyone here. People are...not the friendliest, when you're watching them put their underwear into baskets.

But that lack of keeping any awareness of his surroundings means that, when Jimmy drops down off his washer as it swirls to a stop, he jostles someone emptying the adjacent machine. "Shit," is automatic when he knocks his elbow hard, first on the person and then, as he jolts in surprise, on the washing machine itself. "Sorry," he adds immediately.

[Normally, Nobori and Kudari are in the control room, but there was a bit of an incident so they had to stop the trians and patrol the tracks! While his brother dutifully apologized for the resulting delay over the PDA (that's a familiar voice, isn't?), Kudari checked on the passengers in person, stopping now and then to chat. Boy, that's a familiar face, isn't it, but the clothes are white!]
