HOW IT WORKS:
- Tag the meme, leaving your character name, fandom, and any preferences in the subject line
- Other character tags you
- You tag back, and use the random number generator to select from the following options. Or don't, and do whatever strikes your fancy. If you roll something your character already is, either roll again, go for human, or pick something that otherwise suits your fancy.
- Other character reacts, or is free to also roll on the table
- Play out the results.
- Have fun, but respect the preferences of others.

1. Water-dwelling. You're growing gills, or your skin is turning translucent, or you're sprouting fins, or maybe you're outright turning into some form of sea life. It doesn't matter what you're turning into – what does matter is that you're slowly losing the ability to breathe air, and there's no water in sight...

2. Animal. Something bit you, and you're turning into an animal. Your bones lengthen or perhaps shrink, break, twist, and reform, your teeth lengthen or shorten, and above all, you feel your instincts being overridden. Your senses sharpen; you notice smells you never did before, your vision becomes more sensitive to movement. If you're a predator? Man, these people look mighty tasty. Prey? OHGOD, EVERYTHING IS TERRIFYING. Lizard? Enjoy your new inability to regulate body temperature. Bird? Have fun with the whole beak and hollowing bones. And don't even get us started on insects and arachnids...

3. Parasitic Something's inside you, and it's changing you from within, chewing up your insides and altering your thoughts. You're not sure how much longer you're going to be you, and when the parasite's going to take over completely...

4. Demonic You've been meddling with dark powers beyond the ken of mortal man, and it seems you've accidentally sold your soul. Will you be the traditional kind of demon, horns and hooves, or something far more terrifying and ineffable?

5. Undead: No doubt about it, you're dying, but as you are, something's been altered in you. Maybe you're becoming a vampire – and not the fun kind, either, we're talking ugly, ravenous, and mad. Maybe you're a zombie, or a ghoul, and human flesh looks mighty tasty. Or maybe you're just turning into a ghost bent on vengeance. In any case, death is never fun.

6. Cybernetic Get captured by the Borg? Strapped to an operating table? Injected with nanites? Whatever happened to you, you're slowly turning into something half man, half machine, your squishy bits being replaced by mechanical components.

7. Lovecraftian You've heard their song, the terrors from beyond the stars, and even now they sing in your blood as your flesh transmutes into something ineffable and unknowable. You revel in the pain you feel even as you seek to spread it, to herald the end of all things... or maybe worse, you're aware of the transition as your mind becomes not your own.

8. Fusion/Hivemind You begin to fuse with the first person who tagged you – physically, mentally, or both. Soon, you can't tell who is who, which one of you is the real you, as your thoughts become one. Join in the fleshsong, mortal...

9. Inanimate Your body slowly petrifies and hardens, turning to stone, wood, glass, or something stranger still; or perhaps you liquefy, turning to some kind of liquid, or maybe you dissolve into the air itself.

10. Wildcard / pick your own Pick whatever you like, combine a few options, or make up your own.

[His wikis are kind of sparse, but he's basically JRPG Team Rocket—a really bad guy who sometimes does good things and has good morals, etc. I'm really open to everything! If dragon is something you're into, we can definitely do that. It kind of depends if you'd rather me AU Duke to fitting a more Overwatch-ish world, or if you'd rather play something more fantasy based, but can offer more ideas once I know that if you're still interested.]

[Haha, good, then. He's kind of a minor character, but I think I make him pretty fun! I'd be down for some kind of fantasy romp with dragon lycanthropy. Duke might want to slay Hanzo when it's over, but I'm sure he can be talked out of it. Maybe just two guys staying at the same inn, things go wrong? Or do you want them to know each other, maybe they've worked around each other before or something?]

[Maybe he doesn't know Hanzo is cursed to be a dragon at first and wants to kill him? Duke's been asked to take care of a dragon for some reason (maybe he just looks like an adventurer or is one) and ends up being unable to kill Hanzo for whatever reason and eventually figured out he's been cursed to live as a beast (punishment for killing his brother, maybe). And if there's a cure they can find it, or Hanzo is just stuck as a dragon... Hm. I can roll with anything if you have an idea lol]

I can definitely see Duke being asked to at least stalk a dragon...or maybe find out the dragon's identity if they know it's some kind of lycanthropy and Hanzo is only a dragon during the night or something? I feel like that might be a bit easier for me to work with than Hanzo just already being a dragon, but it could still involve wondering if there's a cure, just with Duke having more reason to get involved (since Hanzo would still be human as well).]

[The battle at Beacon hadn't been the end of it. With Ruby being taken by two people Jaune didn't recognize, his remaining teammates and other friends evacuated, he had chosen to stay back in Vale. His reasoning had been that there could have been injured people still in need of rescuing. What he hadn't told them was how he didn't have a goal in mind. No one had given him a clear answer, but it wasn't hard to spot the frozen dragon on the tower. Even approaching the tower was probably a death wish, but seeing it for himself was the only thing that urged Jaune to continue.

As he fought through Grimm, his aura beginning to reach the dangerous territories of low, he didn't feel any sense of false hope. He just felt cold and numb. And he really hadn't expected to actually find any survivors. The fleeting surprise was the first thing he had felt when he came across the vaguely recognizable person.]

[Being stunned didn't mean the Grimm would stop attacking. An Ursa Major was just as intent on attacking, and before Jaune could figure out if he knew this person, he had to focus on making sure neither of them died.]

[Roman couldn't stand still. Restlessness could've been his fatal flaw, if he weren't such an all-around despicable figure. It served him well most of the time-- kept him one step ahead of his enemies, kept him focused on the future instead of the past, fed his reputation for relentless ambition. Thing is, he couldn't turn it off. When he emerged from the gryphon's carcass, aching and breathless but somehow alive, he couldn't just find a quiet spot to recover. He spent the first few hours on a frantic search for Neo, but panic only carried him so far. He needed a plan. Shame that he had no time, no information, never mind the mental energy and focus to come up with a good plan.

And that's how he ended up at the tower. He'd had vague ideas of finding Cinder or trying to salvage the broadcast equipment so he could get through to Neo. He did not plan on getting stuck halfway up the tower. He'd noticed that his whole body felt heavy and slow, but that's pretty much expected when you've had the kind of day he'd had, so he ignored it right up until he tripped over his own feet because they had both gone completely numb.

Of course that was how someone found him. Couldn't have been a few minutes earlier when might've had a chance to run, or at least the dignity of standing to face his enemy. Nope! He gets cornered by some scraggly kid now, with his back glued to the wall as he tries to slide himself back down one stair at a time. Granted this was better than not getting found and becoming Grimm food for the second time today, but not by a lot.

He aimed his cane at the Ursa and fired off an explosive round. The quarters were a little close, but if the brat had made it this far then he could take a little shrapnel. Besides, it couldn't hurt to put a little fear into him. Show him that Roman Torchwick was still a name to be feared, even if he was… slightly indisposed.]
