A confession from deep in your heart
THE LOVE CONFESSIONS MEME

Confessions of feelings are rarely as nice and romantic as they seem in the Hollywood flicks. Sometimes, they're screamed across an empty house as someone leaves. Others, they whispered across white pillow cases as bodies lie close together in the dark. Of course, these feelings may not be returned, but it may be the only shot you have.
If you even meant to spill, anyway.
How to Play
- Comment with your character, putting your information and preferences somewhere in the comment.
- Comment to other characters. Roll the RNG to get your prompt, or pick one.
- Play out the scene and take it whatever direction you'd like.
- Be cute and fun or sad and depressing.
Prompts
1. Planned: You've been planning to tell this person how you feel, and you know exactly the way to do it.
2. Spontaneous: Uh-oh, it just slipped out! Maybe you weren't thinking, maybe it was a fight, but somehow, your secret's out.
3. Heat of the Moment: What's better than calling someone's name out in the trows of passion? Why, telling them you love them, of course!
4. The Last Time: You're coming clean with your feelings because you're dying, moving away, leaving the planet, going to war, whatever. Might as well when you'll probably never see them again.
5. Jealousy: You've seen the one you love in the arms of another, and you just have to let your feelings be known so they don't end up with the wrong person! Selfish, what's selfish?
6. Drunk: A drunk man's words are a sober man's thoughts, so maybe you should be careful what you say, or you'll be telling your best friend you have the hots for her. Awkward.
7. Lie: You don't actually have feelings for this person, but you need them to believe that you do in order to use them, get something, or perhaps to not hurt their feelings.
8. Sweet: You confess...and they feel the same, and have wanted to say it for a while. Oh, how cute! Go on and enjoy your cute little romance.
9. One-sided: One of you confessed, but it's completely unrequited. Can you still be friends, or is that too painful?
10. Forbidden: Your love for this person is totally uncool - not allowed, even. But it has to be brought to light, preferably by you.
11. Unfulfilled: While you both love each other, you decided mutually that this can't go any further.

He wakes again about 45 minutes later, and does slip out of the bed pressing a kiss to Spock's forehead, and well he's a little over heated, now so he goes to take a quick shower, and figure out something to eat.
He's gotta admit he feels more rested then he has in a long time.

"I would say good afternoon, but I believe the sentiment demands a good morning." He stepped in behind Leonard, putting a hand on his shoulder.
"Did you sleep well?"
no subject
"Should we do a late lunch or early dinner..." He snorts.

"I slept well." he feels great actually, much better now that he's had some medicine in him.
"I have a few ingredients for a meal, unless you would prefer to dine out."

"I am reluctant to leave with you, where it is no longer acceptable to touch." it's like a new freedom he just acquired. He wanted to exercise it. "May I help you cook?"
no subject
"Was thinking stir fry..." He says fingers carding through Spock's hair, "How's that sound?"
no subject
"Anything you choose will suffice." he doesn't want to move from this spot.

Spock gets to work prepping their meal and it's a satisfying time prepping food with Leonard. He is pleased they remained in the apartment.
"Do you prefer stir fry, Leonard?" he hadn't seen it on the doctor's tray before while on Enterprise.

"Growing up, having a preference was illogical. Since joining Starfleet I have had the opportunity to try many things. I enjoy fresh herbs. However, I have come to enjoy... sweet foods." not just desserts, just sugar in general though Spock really doesn't indulge.

"You are a skilled chef, Leonard." he can tell just the way he's holding the pan and spoon.
"I believe my mother used that phrase when I called her from Earth and she learned of my new preference. I do not understand its etymology, since flavor is experienced by taste and smell."

"I appreciate that. Perhaps... it may be appropriate to adapt some sort of substitute for the recipes that contain meat." he'd heard of mushrooms or tofu or imitation meat being used for vegetarians.
"What would you like to drink, doctor?"

He moves over and kisses Spock's neck a little, "Staying in was a good idea." He murmurs against the Vulcan's neck.

"I agree and I am pleased you think so." he put an arm around Len's middle when he was kissed. He didn't want to let the man go. So he pulled him in... it was strange, he hadn't been this attracted to Nyota but he had also learned to appreciate physical touch too.
"I would enjoy it if we did this often, doctor."

"You are a superior chef, Leonard, no matter what you may think." Spock cleans his plate and he's a bit of a picky eater at times. Oh, he always eats enough but he doesn't always enjoy it.
"I will have to follow this up with a suitable dessert." worthy of this meal. Simple as it was, it was one of the best he'd had in years. Good food and good company. And peace.
