"...Yes?" Probably? They might have expected her to leave by now. Or at least to sneak out after them, because nobody ever listens to the Winchesters. But... really? She doesn't want to be in monster central any more than she has to be.

"A little tip? I'd hurry up unless you feel like being dragged out of here naked." Ruby stepped out of the bathroom and into the main room of the motel room. She checked outside the blinds for the sign of anyone else, but it was late enough at night that people were settled in for the night.

Most likely, Ruby would end up dragging her naked at this rate - particularly since her first step (when she finally had a coherent though) was to grab for her cell phone. Self preservation? Kind of includes not going with Ruby.
