[Odd moves into the shadow behind Red and smiles.]

So do you like hot showers or more cold?

I like them warmer. Hope you don't mind.

[he finally turned the water on, twisting the knob towards the letter 'H' until steam started forming.]

There isn't any other kind I like. Turn that water up!

[Good thing there wouldn't be contention over that. Red wets his hair before stepping out of the spray, not wanting to hog all the water. He uncaps the shampoo bottle sitting in the corner, pouring some onto his hand and starting to lather his hair.]

[Odd moves into the water and lets out a long sigh. He puts his head under the water and enjoys the feeling of his hair being weighed down by it. Once it's wet enough he steps out and holds his hand out for the shampoo.]

Can I use some of that?

Sure.

[Red hands it over with no complaint, leaning over to rinse his hair out under the water. He closes his eyes to keep the suds out.]

[Odd makes sure to get as many suds in his own hair as possible as he lathers up. He keeps his eyes closed and moves forward towards the water without thinking and pumps into Red's back.]

Oops. Sorry.

[Luckily Red catches himself before falling forward into the wall.]

S'okay.

[Ge runs a hand through his wet hair, making sure all the soap is out.]

[Odd moves into the water and starts to rinse off his hair. He even begins to sing.]

Break break breakdance~ Break break breakdance~ Break break breakdance here we go-o-o-o~

[Red snorts a little, amused, before reaching over for the holder with the soap in it, starting to lather up his arms and chest. The break in the silence was nice, actually. It made the situation a little less awkward.]

[Odd finishes with his hair and turns around. He opens his eyes and watches Red for a moment, the song dropping off. He smiles at the other teen and grabs a wash cloth.]

Need help with your back?

[Red pauses, hand stilling over his shoulder, before nodding.]

Sure. Thanks.

You're welcome. What are friends for, right?

[He moves up behinds Red and starts to scrub his back. He moves from the top down and starts to hum what he was singing earlier.]

[Red makes an agreeing sound, relaxing a bit at the touch. It was nice having his back washed without straining his arms to get all the hard to reach places.]

[Odd makes sure to give Red's back a good scrub. He goes all the way down to the small of his back and stops for a moment.]

Should I wash anything else too?

[He arches back slightly, but shakes his head.]

Nah, think I got everywhere else. You want me to return the favor?

Sounds like a good idea to me.

[Odd turns around and starts to wash his own front, leaving his back for Red.]

[It was only fair, after all. Taking another spare washcloth, he lathered it up before washing over Odd's back, starting at his shoulder blades and moving downwards.]

[It did feel good to have someone else wash his back, but he needs to also tease Red a bit. He starts to purr and push back into the Trainer's hands.]

That good?

[He raises an eyebrow, but continues running the washcloth around in slow circles.]

[Odd nods.]

Yeah. You have magic hands.

Magic? Wouldn't go that far.

[He finishes up and takes a small step back.]

All done.

[Odd laughs and turns around to rinse off his back.]

Thanks. So what should we do after the shower? You got any plans?

Nothing important...thinking about grabbing something to eat.

[Red shrugs, and rinses the last of the suds off before moving to step out of the shower.]

You have anything to do?

[Odd shakes his head.]
