Methods:

01. Edging: No tools to hold it back, just carefully applied touches that don't quite push you there.

02. Toys: Chastity devices and rings make things so much easier.

03. Magical: A spell or potion. Maybe an innate ability or enchanted collar. Whatever it is, that makes release impossible until the effects wear off or are removed. But that doesn't stop the need from building.

04: Technological: What has science done?! Well, it can sometimes be indistinguishable from magic, it's all in the application.

The gig Liam had set up for himself was perfect. He was the spider at the center of a web that covered the city. Mostly, he provided product to the lesser dealers. But if they couldn't fulfill their demand or found any particularly interesting clients, they sent them to Liam himself. Most of the time, he did the deal and never saw them again. But when Kelly sent Dutch his way, how could he resist? She was just the sort of willful that was so fun to play with. So at the bar where he'd set up shop, he insisted on buying her a drink. And the rest was history.

As she came around again, she'd find herself still fully clothed, but strapped spread-eagle on a bed. It was too dark to see much of anything, but the acoustics spoke of a very large space, the cold and damp but rather stale air meant nothing good at all. Liam himself was nowhere to be seen.

This was Ian’s fault. He was the one who had gotten Olivia turned on to heroin. Now she found herself craving it even when Ian wasn’t around to party with her. She could have called him up. It probably would have been smarter to get it from someone she knew, but Jason had warned her about how dangerous Ian was. It left her wondering which option was safer. She’d heard about Liam from other friends who partied. Now she was seeking him out.

Olivia didn’t look like a junkie. Her arms weren’t yet lined with track marks, though if you looked close enough you could see faint evidence that she’d been shooting up a little too often. She wasn’t yet neglecting her appearance, either. Her hair was clean and her makeup still neatly done. In fact, she’d put some effort into her appearance for this meeting. If she could win over a new dealer then she could cut ties with Ian altogether and remove the split personality drama from her life. Isn’t that what she wanted? Sometimes she wondered… But if she had a dealer she would at least have the option.

She smiled almost shyly at Liam, yet unsure of what to make of him. “So, um, down to business… How much for the H?”

They spent the day together, although Tess had had to run to S.T.A.R Labs for a moment to take care of an emergency (where emergency was a metahuman attack), but rejoined him in less time than expected. It was weird, this... whole going out thing. Not being Dr. Morgan, the CEO of what remained of S.T.A.R Labs, or part of team Flash. Just... Tess. It was nice. She hadn’t watched the sun set in a while. And she enjoyed watching it with Conner, her hand in his as they walked along the beach. She felt... lighter, when she was with him. Happier. It was weird. And welcome.

He made her smile. Laugh.

And brought out a playfulness in her that hadn’t been seen in a long time. She was smiling now, wearing nothing but his shirt, her green eyes bright as she pressed her palm gently against his chest and backed him towards the bed.

Lydia hadn't liked blackmailing Allison by refusing to give her the Archaic Latin translation until her supposed friend told her the truth. But once she knew the real story she was able to stop being a pawn of that bastard in her head and start taking her life back. She hadn't yet had Peter exorcised - but Allison and Scott had identified him from her sketch in a heartbeat. And she wasn't sure quite what she'd been thinking about not planning her party - it was where she was really going to take back control and was planned meticulously.

But she'd needed her own supernatural power base. The easiest way to get it was take the angst-ridden alpha over; she really didn't treat him well but he didn't want to be treated well. Especially as he'd tried to have her killed. Erica had protested at Lydia becoming the Queen Bee here as well - but that hadn't lasted long and right now Lydia was teaching Erica a lot of useful skills.

Still. Time to deal with her pet red eyed wolf. Lydia smirked as she sashayed through the door having deliberately not showered so his senses could pick her out.
