[ nanako had never been to a carnival before.

in between her father's busy work schedule and inaba being as small as it is, she'd never had a chance to experience it outside of seeing it on television. carnivals were magical and fun places, and nanako had always dreamed of going to one even if the chances of that happening were rather slim. the playground on the roof of the junes department store can only do so much, and while it is her favorite place, it unfortunately can't hold a candle to the carousel she's standing in front of. ]

[ her voice is awed, eyes wide and trying to take in the lights and the horses and all the small details. she wants to get on, but it's moving and she's not entirely sure if she's allowed to do so just yet. maybe she needs to get in line?? what is proper carnival etiquette?? ]
