Agreed. The audience this meme caters to is rather narrow, which is fine! The meme maker can create whatever he/she likes; however, the mods really need to be more vigilant of what memes are being posted if they're going to moderate this thing efficiently and fairly.

except with that said, this may be taking the place of an outside linked one that might garner more appeal than something as narrow as this one clearly is.

and by narrow, i mean really narrow.

tbh, my main problem is the mods don't seem to be paying as much attention as they should. this one should have been let through the line at the get-go. it's still a meme, but it's also more of an advertisement than anything.

they're letting them all through. the mods aren't regulating what gets posted, but when they get posted. to avoid memes getting pushed off the map before anybody gets the chance to even tag it. that's it. ergo, you're ridiculous for saying this is against what the "people" want. To be quite honest, I don't think having moderated posting is going to slow the time frame memes usually die in. People are pretty predictable in their habits, regardless of how many memes get posted a day. The "best" time for a meme is probably its first 24 hours or so, whether it's on the bottom of the page or the top.
