[Adam didn't normally take in strays, but there were times when he relaxed his rules and this was one of those times. The kid was about as far from an alpha as he could picture, temper aside and he rubbed a hand over his face, glancing down the hall at the stairs that led up to where his daughter slept before he dropped onto the sofa, gaze drifting back to Derek.]

Stiles should have known better to rely on the jeep to get him from point a to point b. He should have known better but he risked it anyways. Of course the jeep decided to break down at the worse time possible, a bad thunder storm, leaving Stiles stuck in the middle of nowhere with a dead phone. So the teen decided it was a good idea to hike it. The teen was apparently full of horrible ideas.

It did look like he was saved when he came upon a large building that sort of looked abandon. There were no lights on and when he checked the front door it was unlocked. With a shrug he entered and was surprised that maybe the place wasn’t abandoned.

“Hello?” He called out as he entered the house. “Anyone home?” Not receiving an answer Stiles went exploring. He was quick to realize that, yes, someone did live there but they weren’t home so he decided to make himself home. Which meant drying off in his underwear and passing out in the first bed he found.

Looks like the doctor might've gotten real tired in the midst of stopping someone bleeding to death or something; Junkrat approaches that bed, rubs his face, sort of slump-walks. His steps are loud.

Not that he's above sleeping on a floor or nothin', but the real thing looks kind of comfortable. He places his mech-hand on the rails with a soft clink.]

Uh... d'ya mind movin' over... [He's mumbling because he's actually kind of trying to ask politely, how embarrassing.]

[The Soldier is quiet. He moves through the tower like a ghost, lurking in shadows and directly visible only when called upon. He observes and watches, keeping his new handler's safety at highest priority. His handler's visitors are always closely examined; the Soldier cannot risk them putting his handler in danger. So far, they've escaped unscathed, but the Soldier is not stupid enough to let down his guard.

His handler has many enemies.

He has been assigned sleeping quarters, but he is never there. He tried one night to stay there after the order was given, but he was roused from sleep by an alarm and had then spent every night since lurking in the shadows of his handler's bedroom.

His handler does not appear to like this.

The Soldier can go for a very long time without sleep. It's part of his programming, to be functional on an absolute minimum of sleep. But even the Soldier flags sometimes, and when he can no longer function, he must inevitably succumb to sleep. It's never a graceful thing, and there's never a conscious ability to stop himself.

One moment he's standing upright, if slightly hunched, and the next he's fallen. It's always disrupted by electric shocks, or kicks, but in the moment, he can do nothing but blink. One moment he is looking at the handler's windows, evaluating their relative safety at the moment, and the next he is staring up the bed at the headboard.

Distantly he wonders where the handler will kick him, or whether he will be allowed, this time, to sleep.]
