[Hearing his name coming out of Derek's lips is what pushes him over the edge, the desperation behind it, the passion. It was a nice change for the fact he was pretty sure Hale had never said his name before now. [The moment he feels Derek's lips chasing his mouth hungrily he knows things are coming to an end, rolling his hips despite the shaking of his thighs even as Derek comes suddenly and powerfully within him, feeling the sudden heat even as he tightens instinctively around Derek, letting out a strangled groan at the last couple of erratic thrusts before Derek slows to a stop.

When Derek pulls back and out, Ethan almost feels empty from it, as if the presence of Derek's dick had changed him irrevocably for that moment.
