Ideally, a team works like a well-oiled machine, with all the cogs existing in harmony. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that two team members hating each other could easily lead to disaster. But have you ever considered the consequences of two team members liking each other...too much? Love or attraction can be a dangerous force, even when you're on the same side. Can you both be professional? Or is this a reason somebody needs to make a "no intra-team dating" rule?

"Team" is pretty loose here. Superhero team, sports team, debate team, #squadgoals, I don't care.

Another long, tragically uneventful day on the Waverider. Sara was out on a mission, so it was just Captain Cold, alone in his room with a deck of cards and the door open. He wasn't wistful for his poker buddy. He just liked the idea of playing someone who could match him in deception. God love Mick, but he wasn't exactly subtle.

Irritated, he threw down a seven on top of an eight. If he had known how much down time there'd be between missions, he would have at least picked up a book.

Rory stops by the door frame and just studies the scene for a long moment. He'd been over to see if his partner would be down for grabbing some grub but he knew that look. He'd seen Snart bored plenty of times while they were in hiding. He also knows he is no match for Snart when it comes to deception, but then again as far as he knew nobody was.

"I think Jefferson is free if you need someone to play with."

"No thanks." He grumbled, throwing down another card with a flick of his wrist, not bothering to glance up.

"Jax is sweet and all, but he's textbook. You can read him with your eyes closed."
