SECRET relationship;

The fact that you're in a relationship with this person isn't public knowledge. Actually, no one knows about it except for the people involved. Maybe you guys are just private like that; on the other hand, it may be a necessity to keep things a secret from others. Maybe you're both team mates, and others on the team would give you grief, or you're not suppose to be dating, or you're not the type to usually date and you're only testing the waters. Perhaps it's the combination of you two, possibly an odd couple, that would bring some controversy or some teasing. Or, you know, you could not want to deal with friends and relatives being busybodies. Your reasons are your own.

Are you content with stealing moments to be together as a couple? Do you want to make your relationship known and the fact that you can't drives you batty? Remember, there are lots of benefits to dating in secret. You can be yourselves completely, away from prying eyes, and get to know each other better as potential longterm romantic partners. In a way, it's ideal.

[ they aren't related by blood (thanks for the letter, mom), but that doesn't matter - kamui is his older brother. loved by all, kind beyond compare, a silly fool, and the object of his adoration and love.

somehow, he'd managed to work his way into his heart, and to takumi's horror he'd managed to find out about his own feelings and force him to accept that kamui felt the same as he did,

there was no way he'd let anyone find out about their union. there was no way he'd ruin his reputation like that.

so there are hidden kisses, small gestures of affection... usually under the cover of night, yet sometimes kamui was a little ambitious in seeking love from him.

tonight they're stooped in a corridor of the castle, kamui resting against his chest and kissing him softly. he'd put up a minor act of pushing him away, but gave in as he always did... his hands rest on kamui's slimmer hips, holding him close and opening his mouth under his to deepen their kiss. well-trained ears listen for any minute little noise that could be someone about to discover them. ]

[Kamui had trouble seeing Takumi as a brother, at first he had been so cruel and distant towards Kamui. It really hurt him. But eventually they bonded and he was very joyful over it.

But it soon became something more, spending so much time together on and off the battlefield. It was hard to tell how it first started, Takumi started avoiding him. He kept looking away from him and going somewhere else when he was there.

It boiled down to yelling at each other when he had finally cornered him and they kissed. The second their lips pressed together, Kamui knew what this feeling he had was. Love. Not the same love he felt for everyone else though. This love was more exclusive.

The stolen moments were amazing and swelled his heart with joy. They kissed almost all the time, though it was always when no one was looking. Though Takumi was adamant that they only kiss when absolutely no one was around, which made it all harder since Kamui was almost never alone. But they were now, his tangled around his neck as they continued the kiss. His lips parting to allow Takumi's warm and wet tongue slip into his mouth, moaning softly as their tongues met and rubbed against each other.]

[Joker was one of the most frequent guests at Kamui's room—it was only natural since he was his butler, after all. Even though Kamui often insisted that Joker should let him be more independent, he couldn't just let him do as he wished.

And it might have been a problem on his end. He just wanted to feel needed, nothing more, nothing less. Not until that evening, at least.

They were alone in Kamui's room and Joker just walked in to check if his master had a glass of milk by his bed—he had asked Felicia to bring it sometime before, but apparently something must have happened because it wasn't here. And when Joker was about to head out, Kamui grabbed him and told him to stay. Eventually, he even gave his master a goodnight kiss which turned out to be only one of the many kisses that night.

Since then, Joker visited his master every evening...which didn't make things that different, at least from the bystanders point of view. This evening was the same: Joker walked into the room after he knocked at the door and sat on Kamui's bed.]

Good evening. How was your day?

[He was always a bit stiff at the beginning and that didn't seem to it would change anytime soon.]

[Kamui rolled over to hug Joker close to him, nuzzling his face into Joker's side as he curled up closer to him. He had such a long and busy day filled with war and planning.

It was great for Joker to dote on him and comfort him in the nights. Even if he tried to do things on his own. It was always great to know he had someone doting on him and protecting him.]

Busy. Big brother Ryoma fought with Big brother Marx again....

[At that, Joker shook his head and stroked his hair gently, finding it unbelievable that two adults kept fighting like children.]

Don't worry about them too much...they'll stop eventually.

[They had to, sooner or later. It'd be better for them if that happened sooner, because Joker hated to see Kamui worrying like that.]

{ That's all right, I had to look up some details myself. It looks like Dick became Nightwing sometime in 2013? So maybe something in 2011/12, making them 15/17 or 16/18, respectively? I'm good with either option! And maybe they're at busy Mt. Justice, sneaking touches and kisses? Or anything else that comes to mind is fine with me—a civilian date, sneaking around Wayne Manor—I'm not at all picky c:

[Despite it being a "slow" day, or rather no baddies to intercept, Mount Justice was humming with activity. There were a couple Leaguers about—Black Canary, Green Arrow. Red Tornado, of course. He thought he'd heard some whispering about others dropping by later too, though Wally had other things on his mind. Sure, he'd been given some work to do but everyone seemed to forget how quick a speedster was. Especially when he was motivated.

Still, finding his motivation was a little harder than he expected it to be. He zipped through halls, no beak or feather of his little bird in sight, until he heard a door open and a familiar boot-clad foot fall and rustle of cape follow. Tapping the insignia on his chest Wally activates his stealth-tech as he speeds into a dark hall, his back pressed to the wall. This was gonna be a great surprise! —Or it was going to backfire entirely.

Not that he could help it; he hadn't had Dick to himself in days! Glances and smiles could only do so much, as much as he adored them. So when the brunet passes by the hall, Wally bolts to spin his friend around and whisk him into the shadowed corridor, away from prying eyes.] Hey, babe.

[When he'd heard they didn't have any missions, he'd hoped it meant they could get a few hours to themselves for once, but of course the league forgot that they were teenagers who occasionally liked to kick back, so even though there wasn't any mission, somehow there were a horde of leaguers in the building finding busy work for them all to do until the next mission did show up.

Dick liked his work, he really did, but he couldn't deny he was more than a little pissed off that his day had been intercepted by Black Canary to do some brushing up on his forensic skills, which felt more like homework than anything actually useful. He'd had plans for today. Plans that involved a lot less people than were currently wandering around the corridors of mount justice.

He's on his way to show Canary his latest work and contemplating just how salvagable those unfulfilled plans might be when he's suddenly whisked off his feet and into a dark corner. He's got a birdarang in his hand before he quite realises what's going on, but it slips from his fingers when he realises who just grabbed him]

Careful, I could have hurt you...

[Hands fly up as quickly as they can in defense once Wally sees that birdarang in Dick’s hand, his grin practically stretching from ear to ear in spite of his guilt-admitting, mischievous eyes. There’s another swift pat to his crest, deactivating his suit’s stealth, as shoulders bunch up.]

You? Hurt me? Nah, not with you ninja skills, no way. [There’s only a fraction of a pause before he adds:] Would have been totally worth it though—medical R&R… [The whimsical words leave Wally with a sigh as he takes Dick’s cloak in his fingers, slowly gathering it.] For a couple hours anyway. [His voice comes back from day dreaming with a small chuckle.]

But hey, medical or not, I’ll take any time I can get. [He continues bunching the duo-toned material into his hands, gradually pulling his teammate closer.] Even if I have to make it myself.

[Dick can't help but smile, he appreciates how much faith Wally has in him, the trust that he'd catch himself in time. He doesn't know if that's always going to be the case, but it's nice to have someone believe in him like that. The comments make him laugh]

You wouldn't be getting any R & R, you'd spend the whole time you were healing up complaining about being injured.

[His teasing is light, tone almost fond, and he lets Wally pull him in closer without resisting, reaching out to wrap his arms around the redhead's waist.]

Making time sounds good to me, I figure we've got a few minutes before anybody notices us missing... what could we possibly do with those minutes...

[The smile and consequent ribbing takes the speedster's grin and melts it down to something warm and bright as he lets Dick's cape go, moving his arms up to loop around the brunet's neck.] Ok yeah, there might be a little complaining, sure, getting stabbed isn't super fun, [He rolls his eyes with a tiny shrug.] But you know what would make it so much better?

You. [The word is spoken softly as Wally pushes their foreheads together.] Holding my hand. Kissing away the pain... [The trail comes with a gentle sigh; there was no way he could complain about that.

Still, he could complain about one thing:] Pssh, dude. In this raid of Leaguers? I think we can get away with borrowing back more than a few minutes of stolen time. [The point comes illustrated with bumps and nuzzles to the tips of their noses.] We could spread it out over the day, I guess. Start off with a little pain relief...

[Wally wastes no time tilting his head and pressing a kiss to Dick's lips. Followed by one more and then another with a contented chuckle because as much as busy work sucked, this totally made up for it.]

[Dick's smile is fond, it's a nice little fantasy, although he'd obviously prefer it without the part where Wally gets injured, but playing nurse sounds like fun... he doesn't really get a chance to respond, however, because then Wally is kissing him and he relaxes into it, sighing softly in contentment. His whole day is suddenly better.]

Definitely no more pain... [he laughs, ducking his head and tucking it against Wally's chest, breathing in deeply] I missed you today, that's probably weird isn't it?

[There's a tiny, silly whine when the kisses stop, but Wally doesn't press for more when Dick settles against him. In fact he falls into it just as easily, snugging up his arms and resting his head atop the other's. He's so warm and comfortable just embraced that he forgets they're barely hidden away in a hall.]

How's that weird? I'm such a delight. [His laugh is playful and light, beginning to gently sway them as they stood.] Seriously though, I've missed you too. And it's been busy lately—I was kinda hoping today would be an us day or something.

[What was that thing about making plans and people laughing?]

I know what you mean, it's like they're deliberately trying to keep us apart. [he hesitates, ducking his head out from underneath Wally's almost as soon as the older boy rested it there, looking up at him with wide eyes]

Do you think they know? Like they're trying to... [he stops himself, shaking his head] No, that's crazy talk right? They wouldn't do something like that, even if they did find out about us...

[He almost laughs at his own paranoia, all this sneaking around with Wally is clearly going to his head, so he decides to clear it the best way he knows how - he leans in for another kiss]

[And people said Wally couldn't stay still! Still, he moves with Dick all the same, shifting his weight when he sees that worried look. He even presses closer to comfort, unsure exactly how to reply because lingering paranoia is fairly convincing and—

No, he's totally right; crazy talk.] Robs, if they knew— [They would have called it puppy love, if the way Wally readily returned that kiss was anything to go by. If anyone had even known about them, anyway. The kiss lets him relax again, shake that alarm enough to let him finish his thought.]

If they knew they wouldn't have sent, like, five Leaguers and pulled the rest of the team in for spring cleaning. [He tries reinforcing the reassurance, of course, with humor:] It would have been Batman stringing me up by my toes and you calling Flash in an understandable yet sympathetic panic.

[The grin curls his lips as he shrugs.] Probably. If I had to guess.

Yea, you're right... there's no way Batman knows, he'd never let that go without saying anything. [Dick doesn't even know what Bruce would say, he knows that despite all his gruff edges and terrible ability to show emotions, his father really does love him, but he doesn't even know that Dick likes boys, let alone Wally, and he has no idea how he'd react to this. He's pretty over-protective, despite letting Dick fight crime, so Wally's comment about stringing him up by his toes might not actually be all that far off]

Sorry, didn't mean to waste our precious time with worries [he forces himself to relax and grins at Wally, pressing himself in closer] Where were we...
