[Feel free to poke me or just make changes if needed! I figure they had a Comedic Bathroom Confusion Moment and each saw a little too much to un-see, following some Combat Bonding Time... and then stewed for awhile.]

Tetsuo had met the red-headed girl a few times already. The Nerima area wasn't really his turf, but events had transpired to get them to bump into one another. Being Tetsuo, of course, he'd sensed she was in trouble ~~never mind if she probably brought that trouble on herself~~ and had leaped in to help, regardless of whether she actually needed it. In fact, he'd gotten in way over his head more than once, but he had at least in doing so demonstrated that he was a better fighter than he appeared to be at first glance, and had also provided enough of a hassle to give her the necessary edge over whoever she was fighting at the time.

Being the king of unresolved sexual tension as he was, he'd really never tried to make a move--she was a hot girl, after all, and he was pretty sure hot girls didn't go for guys like him--and had pretty much done his best to laugh off the various awkward situations in which they were prone to winding up. Letting her stay over at his place (an abandoned building in the slums he'd sort of renovated in a jury-rigged fashion) had already led to more than just a glimpse exchanged between them, although he'd made a sincere enough effort to just pretend it hadn't happened.

...still, it was hard not to think about it, and even several days later, he lay awake in bed in a tee shirt and shorts, scowling at the ceiling near his open window. He really had to stop thinking about her so much; and he really had to get rid of that tent in his shorts in some way that wouldn't reinforce associating her with it.

On her end, Ranma thought nothing of gaining another sparring partner. There were extremely few people that she felt could be categorized as actual friends on top of that, so it was nice to have a bit of a change of pace for once. Of course, she wasn't entirely sure it was actual friendship, considering they'd only ever been around each other while she was in girl-form. And she'd really have to be a total idiot not to notice that Tetsuo had ogled her more than a few times. The thing about that was... Well, she couldn't really blame him for that, despite being a bit embarrassed about it herself. Guys did it to her all the time. Nine times out of ten, she took advantage of that little fact. Hell, under more normal circumstances, if she was a normal guy seeing a girl that looked the way she did, she'd probably do it too.

Still, she felt pretty sure that Tetsuo could be trusted as a friend. And as a friend, well... Maybe Ranma should try to figure out how to make those awkward moments less awkward. Air things out. Let all the laundry hang out to dry or something. Maybe even come clean and just tell him that she's actually usually a guy, despite all evidence to the contrary. What better way to do that than show up unannounced at his place late at night, climbing in through the window like it was the most natural thing in the world? Obviously this was a flawless plan. What could possibly go wrong?

"Yo, Tetsuo! You still up, man?" She was grinning a little as she stepped inside and promptly found a spot on the edge of his bed to sit on. It didn't even occur to her that something odd might be going on, or that she could be interrupting anything. "I know it's late, but there's somethin' I wanted to talk to you about."

Pretty much the last possibly thing he needed was for the hot girl he was trying not to think about and get turned on over to climb through his bedroom window. His eyes widened and he probably would have fallen over if he wasn't already lying down, but thinking quickly, he grabbed at the cover and gave it a quick tug to cover at least his lower half. Maybe she wouldn't ask.

"..uh...! Y-yo, yeah, d-..definitely up, ahaha..!"

...of course, that attempt at a cover-up would have worked better if he could have, say, put his knees up to keep the cover away from his body. As it was, with Ranma sitting down at the edge of the bed, she just pulled the cover taut, so it ended up doing absolutely nothing helpful to hide that tent in his shorts, although Tetsuo was doing his damnedest not to think about it. Second only to how hard he was trying not to check her out, which she often really didn't make easy. The hot girl just chilling on his bed in the middle of the night was edging way too close to fantasy land to brush it off completely...

"...uhh... s-so, what can I do forya?"

She shrugged, leaning back on her arms with her eyes cast toward the ceiling. Now that she was there in the situation, it was just a matter of finding the best way to start this discussion. "Just tryin' to set some things straight. See-"

Ranma stopped herself there, brow furrowing, lips pursed in thought. No, seriously, now what? "I, uh-"

She stopped again, sat up a little straighter, cleared her throat, and raised a hand to scratch at a spot on the back of her neck, chuckling anxiously. She tried not to look awkward, though she was probably failing miserably at that. It was a weird subject to talk about, especially since usually she didn't have to really talk about it since usually the truth came out one way or another. But it hadn't yet, and Ranma didn't want that to become an issue. The last thing she wanted was to lose a friend over something as dumb as 'I keep staring at your boobs.'

"The thing is, uh. About what, y'know, happened the other day?" Ranma hoped to Buddha she wasn't turning red over saying it out loud. "I mean, I know it was an accident an' all, so it ain't like I'm pissed or nothin'! But uh, I'm tryin' to clear things up about it, okay??"

Was she even making sense? Well, at least she got the ball rolling...

The way she basically posed like that, sticking her chest out, really didn't help a lot with the not staring, especially with her wearing just that undershirt, and Tetsuo had to drag his eyes downward again. Still, glancing downward and blushing was a pretty natural state given the topic she was bringing up, as though additional awkwardness was really needed.

"..g-...good. ...y-yeah, didn't mean ta see, uhh... ...yanno.."

Everything, that is. The tent was definitely not going away with this topic of conversation; and now he was keeping his eyes below her chest level, he was getting a good long look at her thighs, instead. Damnit.

".....s-..so, uh. Whatcha.. whatcha got on yer mind..?"

She could mentally finish off that sentence. Everything. He saw everything. Which wasn't necessarily odd for Ranma - she'd sat and spoke to Ryouga for a good long time while completely naked in the bathroom without a second thought - but it was still A Thing that happened. It made her click her tongue a little, acknowledging it with that little sound as she moved her hand from her neck to her forehead.

"Yeah. That. So, uh." She took a deep breath, chest heaving slightly. "What you saw... I know what you saw, but you gotta trust me on this-" Here she turned fully to face him at last, leaning forward a little as a show of seriousness. Whether or not that actually ended up giving Tetsuo quite a view down that thin, oversized white shirt didn't even enter her mind.

"It's not what it looks like, okay?? I'm not what I look like! You get me?"

Tetsuo blinked at that sway as she huffed and leaned forward suddenly--and that display of cleavage was really second only to the even more revealing situation they were talking about.

Where else even was there to look? He nodded a little, although his eyes stayed pretty well fixated for a long few seconds.

"..y-..yah, t-totally gotcha... ...dh..definitely ain't no hot chick, sittin' on my bed in'er skivvies."

...for what it was worth, he was at least trying to use her total denial of empirical reality approach that she seemed to be advocating... but it wasn't making her curves any easier to ignore, or making that hard-on go away. Yet, at least. Maybe if he kept trying... ...and while he was trying, a little more staring was probably okay, right..?

Ranma's eyes narrowed a little, lips pulling into a frown (that absolutely did not look more like a pout on her face) as she leaned a little more forward. "Oi!! Eyes up here!"

She even snapped her fingers right in front of him in an attempt to get Tetsuo to refocus. She knew she was hot, but the rest of everyone she knew was more or less used to it by now. She just wanted Tetsuo to be the same.

"That's not what I'm sayin'!" At least, Ranma thought it wasn't. She shook her head once, lowering her gaze slightly as she tried to reorder her thoughts. "I'm sayin' that I ain't usually--"

And that's when she noticed it. Crap.

"Wha--" Her eyes jumped right back up to meet his, face reddening in a mixture of embarrassment and anger. "Did you just pop a boner on me?!?! I'm tryin' to talk to you man to man here!!"

Tetsuo jumped a bit at her sudden change of attitude, glancing up to her eyes--although his wandered down again once more before returning to hers.

"E-..! Kh-.. c-'course not!"

...and yet, there it was. Which meant either that was the feeblest attempt at a lie ever, or it had been there for awhile already, and it just wasn't going away with her around.

He huffed quietly, taking a moment to realize what he'd said, himself, and scratched at the back of his head sheepishly, glancing aside, and still blushing darkly.

"Kgh...... it ain't like I was tryin'a think'bout it. ...but it don't just go'way when it ain't welcome, yanno. ......an' I gotta be honest, it was bad'nough before I ever thought you'd be jumpin' in my window an' climbin' on my bed.."

Really that was about all the fantasy fuel he needed, even if he was trying not to let it ignite.

"...don't mean no disrespect or nothin', but... ........shit, yer kinna hard ta not think'bout..."

Ranma froze, eyes wide, mouth hanging slightly agape, the color spreading from her cheeks to her ears. "Wha-- You--?!"

It was one thing to hear someone like Kuno spout poetry about her 'fiery beauty' or whatever. It was another thing to find herself getting dragged into weird proposal situations by guys she'd never met before. It was yet another thing to know that she was gorgeous enough to easily get her way with men and piss off other women. But to hear someone just say it point blank like that while sporting actual physical proof of their thoughts... That was a new thing entirely.

She was trying to find the right way to respond to that. Punch him? Kick him right in the erection? Scream something about how pervy this entire situation just got? And then what? Storm out in an indignant huff on someone she'd rather stay friends with?? ...So maybe that worked on the others, but something told Ranma that it wouldn't work here.

"You--" She leaned back a little, forcing out an awkward laugh. "O-Oi, quit with the jokes, okay? Ya don't gotta take it that far!"

Though she was fairly certain it wasn't a joke. Except she hoped it was. Denial was always a healthy option to go for. Not that it ever really worked in the past...

"Whaddaya got down there, really?! S-Some kinda- uh-" What? What?! She was completely grasping at straws. "Some nunchakus??"

...Yeah, that made an awful lot of sense.

.......some what...

Tetsuo blinked at that, at least for a few seconds distracted from her curves, although the seeing her getting flustered about it was at least a bit comforting, somehow... ...and he couldn't help but wonder if it was just his imagination, or she was was staring a bit, too? At her sort of awkward and bizarre outburst, though, he laughed sheepishly, ruffling his own hair a bit bashfully; somehow it sounded weirdly flattering.

"..e-eto..! Eheheheh, y-..y'ain't gotta go sayin' nothin' like that...! I, uhh... ...don't wanna makeya feel weird or nothin', but.. ...well, y'are sorta crazy hot.. .....an' yer good company..! ...j-..just, uhh... yanno. Kinna awkward, I guess, 'cause'a the..."

He glanced down at her chest, then at his lap, then at hers... ...then dragged his eyes slowly back up to hers, taking his sweet time about it.

"..y-... ........yanno.. ...s-so, uh, sorry 'bout that... .......I'd offer ya somethin' ta wear, but thinkin'a you wearin' my shirts really ain't helpin', here..."
