[ In all honesty, Latvia had debated with himself whether he should visit Rihan. In the end, he gave in, the prospect of alcohol making the decision for the small nation. They'd met by chance, and somehow, Latvia found himself drawn toward the half-demon, and accepted when he was offered to come by his house. But it's indeed been a very long while since he dropped by.

He jumped when the door to Rihan's huge house opened, his fist in the air in mid-knock. With a sheepish smile, he greeted Rihan. ]
