Team Tension
![]() Ideally, a team works like a well-oiled machine, with all the cogs existing in harmony. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that two team members hating each other could easily lead to disaster. But have you ever considered the consequences of two team members liking each other...too much? Love or attraction can be a dangerous force, even when you're on the same side. Can you both be professional? Or is this a reason somebody needs to make a "no intra-team dating" rule?

But with this confession, Steve was looking at Tony with subdued interest. This was a hypothetical response until Steve learned more. Then it became a potential liability. Anything that effects the team was something to think about.]

[Was it something that Tony considered often? Well, yes. A lot, actually. He worried about it despite his obvious flirting with everyone at school, but he just hid it all too well. It was just in his nature to try and hide any vulnerabilities, even if he had no real idea what to do with this one. Because falling for someone wasn't something he was used to, and falling for someone like Steve Rogers was just beyond his realm of knowledge.
But here they were, and Steve was asking the question that sometimes kept him up at night and left him wondering if he would ever be brave enough to find an answer to. He opened his mouth to continue speaking, but before he could he just let out a sigh under his breath as he gave a small shrug.] At least in a team... Well, you'd know that person already. The good and the bad, at least the most glaring points of it. There's trust, you know? It's not like falling with a random stranger.
